GOOD LAYOUT WITH DECENT PLACE
Where can u find a private condo in the east with shopping & ammenties so near to your condo gate . Good community to live within and nice place too . If u have the seaview , you can sit at your balcony and watch the ships movin in and out. -

Great place
This is one of the great place to stay in. Good sized condo compared to newer ones. Lots of cheap and good food in Elias mall and well-connected to expressways. -

Very convenient
Well-maintained condo. it is a peaceful and quiet condo. It is very convenient and is located just beside Elias mall. There is a shuttle bus as well. -

Except for the not too near distance to Pasir
Except for the not too near distance to Pasir Ris MRT station, Oasis @ elias has the best of both worlds- amenities of HDB housing estate and the proximity of nature, park, Api Api River and the sea. -

Bad Layout
My family went to view 3 units in this development but our honest opinion is that the development is not up to standard as a condo. We noticed that the common areas are not well kept with a lot of stains and dirt including the lifts. The swimming pool is also rather small in size for an almost 400 unit development. We have seen other developments around this size but their pool size is bigger on average. Next were the units we saw. The living area and kitchen was reasonable in size. However, when it came to the bedrooms, we were surprised at the magnitude and size of the bay windows. Although we understand that during that time/era, developers tend to built bay windows, the bay window width for Oasis @ Elias was larger/wider than others e.g. Livia/NV Residences (built around the same time). It really made the rooms look very small. To top it up, my mother was shocked to see the toilet in the master bedroom. The shower area was so so small about the size of 4 tiles only for standing area. Surrounding it were wide bay windows again. My mom being a small built size lady tried standing inside with the glass door closed and her elbow was knocking at the glass if she lifts her hands up. This is a very poor design especially its master toilet. If you are a man, perhaps you need to sit down on the bay window to shampoo in order to avoid knocking your elbows against the glass. However, the 2nd toilet was ok. As for Elias Mall next door, there are not so many shops there now compared to 2011 time. So I don't know whether Elias Mall can survive long term or not. Overall, the price of this condo is still lower than Livia (TOP around same time). Perhaps the price gap is due partly to the poorer built quality and bad layout. -

Rare Gem in the East
Oasis @ Elias condominium is a rare gem beach-front living area in the East located directly in front of Elias Mall (Sheng Siong supermarket) and a stone throw away from upcoming Overseas Family School (OFS) International school in Pasir Ris. In addition, it is situated close proximity to other amenities such as White Sands, Downtown East, E!Hub, Loyang Mall & a 10 minute drive to Changi Village. Pasir Ris is also home to various decent primary & secondary schools, pretty ideal for family living too. Living in Oasis @ Elias has been an enjoyable time over the last 3 years and prices continue to hold firm due to its ideal location compare to nearby projects. You will LOVE it ! -
