Nice entrance driveway with unique balinese styled shelters for communal activities. Not bad that a 134 unit condo like this has a tennis court. -

Enjoyed this place
We have been living here for about 7 years on rent and have enjoyed it so much that we kept renewing it each time, Also we have seen many other condo's and very few can match up to this. This is a small development with 100+ units but has full condo facilities, the facilities are not over crowded like the BBQ is pretty easy to book, pool is free and empty on most days, etc. Plenty of food close by and also supermarket about 0.6km away. MRT is about 10min walk. -

hi all, i've seen 4 units (1 2bedder & 3 3 bedder) and i must say, its one of the best condos i've seen. pros 1. very windy (no need fan or hair dryer) 2. unblocked view 3. relatively near mrt(bartely & taiseng) 4. very decent sized house as compared to shoe-box units at nearby new units 5. exclusive as its the only freehold condo around the area the rest r 99 years, plus not a lot of units & full condo facilities :P 6. near to a reputable school 7. reasonably priced for the size for the unit. 8. No 1 bedder means no funny tenants walking in n out of estate; good security & really exclusive. cons 1. maintenance a bit bad 2. entrance to condo looks a bit old-fashioned 3. due to the wind, lots of door slamming can be heard 4. no grocery shopping available around :( 5. no malls but have eateries around Taiseng as a whole its a condo more for family living rather than investment, peaceful and quiet condo with splendid view. to me its a luxury because these days, you can hardly find a reasonably sized condo at a reasonable priced. nowadays condos are very small, sky high price and cant really enjoy the balcony cos can see other people. FYI, there is a plot of land, very near to the road is up for residential sale, likely a new condo will be up. not affected by it as its relative far from OG. yearly appreciated is abt 35-45k so u guys can go calculate the launch price, OG TOP around jun'09, ppl buy in 08 ... lol happy condo shopping to all~ *condo shopper* -

Oasis Garden
Rare Value for $ FreeHold Condo within quiet & transquil setting. Cosy and private environment with resort feel great for families. Top floors units can see the distant express way but traffic noise is quite mute. During the evening,lights add to some charm viewing from distance. -

Oasis Garden
Great property especially the ground floor units directly facing the pool which have fabulous views and enclosed PES & koi pond. It is like living in a balinese resort paradise. Excellent facilities and within walking distance of the Bartley MRT. Best of all, it's freehold, unlike the Bartley Residences which is 99-years and a whole lot more expensive in terms of psf. -

Disappointed
Besides the master bedroom, all other rooms are too small to even lay a single bed. All units on the higher floor face the Bartley Expressway; not a pleaseant sight at all. On a quiet evening, noises from the expressway could be heard. If the expressway reach its capacity in the years ahead, the noise could be even louder. The only good thing is that this development has full condo facilities, which is a rarity. -

Tranquil and serene
If not for the general lack of amenities nearby plus the light industrial, this would certainly be the best fh condo in d19.. Hopefully garmen will relocate the light industry and create better amenities nearby especially since there's prestigious schools nearby.. -

Oasis Garden Quick Facts
Conveniently located near to City about 15 mins drive to downtown city area. Read in the papers that the Paya Lebar area will be developed into a commercial hub.Very quaint and windy;Balinese lifestyle living. Approx 9 mins walk to Bartley MRT. New 99 yrs leasehold condo to be developed opp Bartley MRT station. One station away to NEX Shopping Mall. Oasis Garden is Freehold condo and more sought after especially with Sporeans. Overall a very convenient, nice and windy place to live in. -
