  Dirty and Smelly

  I’m a tenant and so disappointing to see rubbish chute always choked because irresponsible neighbors throw chunky items down the chute (where’s the common sense?!). Also management is tardy in fixing the problem and problem keeps recurring. The whole ground floor smells like fish market and shit ALL THE TIME. Rodents everywhere. Please think twice before renting or buying this place!

  Disappointing

  Disappointed with Parc Esta. The workmanship is subpar, with issues like uneven flooring, cracked walls, and faulty electrical fittings. Despite multiple attempts to get these fixed, the developer has been unresponsive and dismissive. Common areas like the gym and pool are poorly maintained, further highlighting the lack of care. Overall, the quality doesn’t match the premium price, and the developer’s negligence has been frustrating. I regret purchasing here and would caution others to think twice.

  One of the best Condos in the east

  I have lived in many Condos in district 14 & 15 & I must say Parc Esta is my favorite because it checks all the criterias such as location, efficient unit layouts, quiet despite being a Mega Dlvp. Maintenace fee is the lowest with full facilities because it is being shared by 1399 units

  Very Poor Resident Support - Removal / Delive

  Whilst no complaints on the property be warned - when you pay the $2,000 deposit to allow delivery / removals via lift, management claim repayment of your deposit may take 2-3 months!!! So management or Developer whoever gets plenty of interest whilst you have to wait and wait for your money back. This is extremely unfair.

  Parc Esta home owner

  More interior defects than my HDB BTO flat. Fixed one defect but creating another few. 1 year past but still full of defects. Consider other developers if you want peace of mind.

  Wonderful quality of life

  it's really close to the city and the major shopping areas (e.g PLQ) and old/featured areas like Katong and Joo Chiat. I like those apartments facing south, having unblocked view of landed properties. 2 mins to MRT and good club house/swimming pools as well.
