Overrated
This project is overrated. Puddles of water in the lift due to inconsiderate residents (and feces in the sink near swimming pool), poorly maintained facilities (check out the lifts), smelly chutes, heavy jam inside and outside condo during peak hrs (the exit towards corporation rd), less than 89yrs left on the lease (TOP 2000). This condo is OLD compared to several others in the area and I think it's one of the most overrated and overvalued in the area. There's another problem as with all other condos around the area which is the noise from the MRT (for MRT facing units). The noise is so loud that it vibrates the walls and beds (hard to sleep in the day). For back-facing units, you get to see the beautiful HDB view. -

Parc vista
A very nice place to stay in which smallest unit with a minimum area of 1000 sqft above, with good school rulang Primary next to it only. 3 mins walk to lakeside mrt station across the road make it a good choice not to own a car and with easy access to city and many areas. good amenities with jurng point one mrt station away and can enjoy good food at hawker centre and wet market just a few minutes walk away... recommend especially for family and couples who like big living space at affordable price... -

Preferred Condo in West
It is safe to move around the condo facilities as it is enclosed within . The vehicles are outsider the boundaries. Therefore, the children is safe to move around. -

Parc Vista
Parc Vista was one of the developments I visited when looking for an apartment last year. I am impressed with its facilities. The nice club house (with pool table), the 3 tennis court, 2 swimming pools, etc. It is also near a very good primary school, I was told. The reason why I did not choose the place is because the units I saw either face the afternoon sun or faces MRT track (noisy). Lastly, I find the bedrooms a tad too small. I must qualify that I have only seen the 2 bedders so far. -

Ideal Living in the WEST
The interior design of the development is mostly square in layout with little space wasted. Units that are facing Boon Lay Way will enjoy lake view and not forgetting the upcoming commercial hub that inject more vibrant to this place. I will say a development at her age with such huge plot of land is very well kept. It is uncommon to have development maintaining two swimming pools and three tennis courts. Not to forget a huge facilities room housing a billiard table. Thus, residents will enjoy full condo facilities but the charm is discounted by the absence of a squash court. Traveling is never easier with Lakeside MRT Station as well as bus stop situated within stone thrown distance and expressways (e.g. PIE, AYE) will be connected for vehicle owners. Eateries are reachable by walking distance and getting necessities from convenience stores nearby is never difficult. Placing children at repeatable learning institutions has always be the desire for parents. The development is just surrounded by all these institutions of all ages, turning this place into a learning hub. The project has great potential for price soaring and buyer will never regret after the purchase. -

The Best In Jurong
Good room size & very good enviroment to stay. Near River Valley high and Rulang. Good Investment -

Nice & superb...
yes. very true...the management did a good job by maintained it good. a lots of tree for those like to see green. quite convinience.....very near to lakeside MRT. worth to invest or stay. -

Parc Vista - a hidden Jewel in the West
I was surprised when I visited some friends living at Parc Vista as the facilities are well maintained given it's age. I would rate it highly in terms of convenience , eg MRT, eateries future Canadian School and the Jurong Lake District. It is well suited for expat families looking for convenience at a fraction of the cost. -

A NICE PROJECT
Although this project is not new, I am impressed that it is very well maintained.. A lot of trees, plants and very green. Very near to MRT and plenty of convenience stores... -

Parc Vista at MRT door step
This condo is situated right at the door step of Lakeside MRT Station which makes it very convenient. Other mode of transport such as public buses and taxis are easily available. There are many eateries within walking distance and plenty of convenience stores to buy whatever daily necessities. Schools range from Nurseries to Universities are reachable by walking or buses. The project has a fabulous layout and most units are very windy. Some units may be affected by noise from the trains passing however the units also provide excellent open views of green nature and lake. Apartments in this project are highly sought for by expatriates, professionals, students of higher class families and many others. A great project to recommend to overseas clients. -
