  so many amenities for Parktown Residence

  in 5 year's time, Parktown Residence. will be connected to the bus interchange and MRT, housing over 1,000 households and is further enhanced by commercial, including a mall and community club, hawker centre, green boulevard, etc.

  this is a mini town

  Parktown Residence in Tampines will become a mini town when it's completed in 2030? the plans say there are a plethora of facilities in the condo itself, which will have 1,100+ units! there will be an Amphitheatre, Community Plaza, Co-Working Space, Jogging Track, Multipurpose Court, Putting Green, and even Tennis CourtSSSSS in plural. residents of the 12 blocks with 12 floors each will also have everything within reach, like a CC, medical centre, malls, food, bus, mrt, schools, supermarkets, etc etc.
