Pine Grove
Pine Grove is a great place for family. It has ample open space parking lots for visitors and family. A good size swimming pool and other facilities. I personally like the single level tower blocks and low rise blocks. But a word of caution, Pine Grove is going for enbloc with 80% of residents agreeable. If you buy in now, do prepare to folk out 16% seller stamp duty implemented this year 2011. With the high price (price on par with the enbloc sales) owners are asking now , buyers are going for a loss at MORE than 16% if it goes enbloc successful this year. -
