Long time resident review
With the recent change in condo management the condo, a well designed, leafy condo has been poorly managed. A condo manager who behaves like she owns the place and yet neglects her basic responsibilities like security and having impersonal security staff where I witness security staff yelling at residents. Its very poor compared to the more personable management team. I will probably leave because it feels like we have a dictator as the condo manager rather than here to serve. -

The sizes of the 4 bed room stacks are impressively spacious at 2,153 to 2,573 sq ft. Price wise, the psf for the 4 bed rooms are at an attractive approximate $700. -

Location isn't exactly its forte but this TOP 2004 716 unit condo compensates with charming facilities and homely neighbourliness. If you have have an extended family and need 4 bed rooms with 2573sf, -

Perfect for our family!
We bought our 2+study unit and moved in February 2013 and have never been happier since! The condo is very well maintained, has helpful and efficient management and no reasons for complain. The olympic size pool is our favorite and the kiddie pool is a hit with kids! Both not too crowded, even on weekends. Also very enjoyable is the walking track along the canal. Our parents love it! We regularly use free shuttle bus (to Hougang MRT) and shop at the Mini Mart. Friendly neighbors who create a good environment for cultural activities and celebrations. Highly recommend it for families. -

Let Down
Viewed a few units as wanted to get a unit here. It was recommended to me by a colleague. The location is good if you are driving, else the free shuttle bus is not bad too. The landscaping of the condo is fantastic and the interior layout of the units are very logical except for some which have an odd shaped 3rd room. However after visiting the place over the few weekends, my initial impressions turned into disappointment. This condo seems to be very crowded over the weekend. Visitors have no where to park their cars and have to park outside along the road. It's not an issue now but once the nearby condos are completed, I doubt visitors can park their cars along the road. Even though Rio has huge pool, the pool is very crowded. It's was like a public pool to me. You can't help but remember, this condo has 7xx units! Tower 10, 12, 16 level 1 lift lobby are dark too. However if you overlook these things, this is still one of the best in this area at the moment. -

Rio Vista - Hidden secret
I bought my unit in Sep'2011 and moved here in Jan'12. Have been in love with this place since day one. Well kept condo, great kids swimming pool, quiet & breezy and punctual shuttle bus. The river side behind provides a great place to stroll. Would highly recommend this place for families. -

Best Condo in D19
Best condo in D19, have been staying here for 6 years.Just bought a second unit in Rio Vista after checking out other project in D19. There are 2 entrance/exits in Rio Vista, one at Hougang Ave7 and main one at Upp Serangoon View. Coming in or going out of Rio Vista, I have never encounter traffic jam b4 even during peak hour. Travel to MBS or Changi Airport takes less than 15mins. And I believe the conservancy charges here is the lowest in Singapore! As its located next to the river and forested area, you smell kampong fresh air every morning. The management team, Security guard,cleaning staff, gardener are all very on the ball,helpfull and friendly. This is called "My Resort Home" -

Don't Feel Like Moving After Staying Here
The community here is very nice. When we visited other condos, the feeling is cold. Here at Rio Vista, there is the old kampong friendliness but yet the compound is very modern and well-kept. As you walk along the compound, you will definitely feel the difference. There must be a very good reason for us to move otherwise we will want to stay here forever. -

A Place to Call Home
I have been living in few condos. This one is the best. Friendly neighbours, clean environment, big and beautiful swimming pool. Plus airy and cooling due to the river and woods behind the condo. -

Rio Vista, nice place to be home
Among all properties viewed in D19, Rio Vista turns out to be the best that we can find. Punctual FOC shuttle service to Hougang Mall Well kept environment Bbq pit with wonderful river view Nice pools Well stocked mini mart etc etc... ^^ -
