There is no place like Riveredge
I would wake up in the morning to the sound of the birds. Take my morning breakfast at the balcony overlooking the vast parkland and gaze at Marina Bay Sands and Singapore City skyline. I would then walk or cycle along the path along the river, towards Tanjong Rhu and onwards to Marina Barrage and Gardens by The Bay and the entire Marina bay area, Merlion included. If I feel like sand in my feet, East Coast Park is 5 minutes away. The Sports Hub is across the river. Kallang Leisure Park and Kallang Wave Mall has supermarkets, retail shops, restaurants, cinema and a bowling alley. When Thomson East MRT opens, Shenton Way and Orchard Road will be a few stops away. Oh, did I mention the view from the 13th floor Sky Terrace is S.P.E.C.T.A.C.U.L.A.R. There is no place like Riveredge. -

Great place!
Lovely place to live! There aren't any tall buildings nearby, so one doesnt feel 'boxed in", unlike other parts of Singapore. Wonderful walking track right next to the river. -

Tranquil and charming beauty
Units are bright and breezy, layout is fantastic and spacious. Park connector at door step and provides a healthy and good living environment for residents of all ages and abilities to enjoy. With this outdoor gym, there's no need to sign up for any overpriced gym membership I'm not sure what's the hysteria over the empty plot of land in front, the project's sheer proximity to city, MRT and to amenities to mature estates is already a bonus. Not to mention you get a 2-in-1 park and waterfront property. Just take a stroll to Jalan Batu, you'll enjoy a laid back, relaxed neigbourhood vs human traffic and noise in other high density estates. Want to relax, just enjoy a cup of chamomile tea in the huge balcony, while listening to the birds chirping. -

Awesome waterfront
Hi we have recently moved into river edge (renting) and our experience has been nothing less than awesome. It is quiet, serene and yet close to all amenities. This condo offers a great work-life balance and suits young professional as well as families. The units are big and spacious. The facilities are great plus staying close to the river gives you many options. Thumbs up from us!!!! -

Singapore's Hidden Waterfront Gem
We have been looking hard for a waterfront place with some decent water views. Punggol is too far and the "river" is no wider than a glorified monsoon drain. Keppel Bay water views from condos such as the Caribbean are actually just views of the rich's sailing boats. So, it was a great delight that we chanced upon Riveredge while walking at Gardens by the Bay (East) which link to the Tanjung Rhu riverfront eateries. Riveredge ticks all the boxes for us. It offers a great work-life balance lifestyle of "Bay-River-Garden-City", which is hard to find in Singapore. It is close to Marina Bay, by the Kallang River and a 10 min drive/commute to the City! All the negative reviews of this condo are unfounded and outdated. With the opening of Gardens by the Bay, the upcoming the Sports Hub and MRT in Tg Rhu, I understand the demand for Riveredge units for sale and rent are already outstripping the supply. Riveredge's Sky Terrace on the 13th Floor has stunning unmatched views of the MBS, Singapore Flyer and Kallang River. Our unit on the ground floor has the soothing sound of the pool, which is often underused (great for the kids!). The original HDB blocks next door adds some nostalgia and is a real plus as you can eat yummy local dining (tzer char) at great prices while enjoying the condo riverfront lifestyle near Singapore's latest seafront hotspot - Marina Bay. Shopping and movies is convenient at Kallang Leisure. Parkway Parade and the foodie paradise of the nearby Katong area is another good thing. There are many good local and international schools in the area. Sports fanatics have even more choice with the East Coast Park nearby - if the cycling, boating and canoeing at the Bay is not enough! Choosing Riveredge has been the best decision for us. -

nothing special
location is a bit off, nothing much around there. but then, for some that's a plus. it is quieter than most of the developments around there, if you get marina bay facing there will only be limited noise. the units facing the hdb and pool can get a bit noise from the road. units facing the river will get construction noise from sports hub. very nice long pool, but that's about it. there's no greenery around the condo - not a good place for kids. I seriously fail to understand how the value could go up when the government land in front of the building is released - blocking the bay view. -

No better place than this
Architecturally, one of the most stunning and avant-garde buildings in the east. None of the pastel wedding cake condo designs that are all too common. Most of the apartments have expansive balconies facing Marina Bay , the verdant parkland and the meandering river . I dare say there isn't a better setting than this anywhere else in Singapore. There aren't many units facing the BMW workshop and HDB blocks. Even then it has that grundgy industrial hipness reminiscent of the meatpacking district in New York City where many stars have homes. So what if (and that's an unlikely scenario anytime soon) the government eventually sells off that parcel of wooded land in front for a swanky condo development : the prices of Riveredge will escalate and the owners will all laugh their way to the bank. It is a win-win situation for them. And I haven't even gone to the upside the Sports Hub will bring. Don't know about you guys, I m seriously considering putting my dough here! -

Luxurious HDB block
Quite funny to see this block parallel to the other common HDB blocks behind making this look like a glamourised version of the familiar HDB 3-4room blocks. Perhaps future HDB blocks can study this type of design that integrates the common area into the building in a mid-floor section, which is rather popular with current condo designs. The units facing Marina at high floors offer incredible views of the Marina Sands, but the ones facing the other way will be looking at HDB blocks. Location is good and quiet but it is a matter of time before the plot of land in front of this condo becomes filled with condos. When that happens, this condo may lose its current appeal. -
