  New COLUMBARIUM for the DEAD Coming Up Nearby

Now everybody that have bought any units nearby, especially Fernvale Lea, Fernvale Rivergrove, Lush Acres are shocked and worried of the resale price. Think carefully before buying.

  The blocks are very, very well placed. No 'smack right in your face' feel.

  Over price

  Other Fareast projects townhouse units are usually 20% lower per sqft price compare to the condo units, because of the unit size. Eg :(Woodhaven project)- condo units = $1000 per sqft. Townhouse units = $800 per sqft. But Rivertree project they are selling the Cove/townhouse units the same per sqft price as the condo units .On top of that they even charge you 1 car park lot area without telling you.. if base on the above the Cove units should be value at about $1.4 M.Instead of $1.7 M now.

  over price for 8 nos of COVE units

  The 8 units of Cove units are really over charge by developer.Beside paying for net floor areas , they even charge you for void area and 1 carpark lot areas of Est-130/Sqft x ($1100 per sqft price) = you will be paying extra of Total-$143,000 for areas suppose to be FREE!other condo units only pay for net floor area with out to pay for car park lots.

  New Highway along river

  Please take note that there will be a new highway running along the river side opposite the project in the near future which developer and property agents will not tell you. Just look at their own advertising map. The white dotted line showing the highway.
