construction year should be 2003
I visited a unit today, the construction year should be 2003 so the rooms seem a little bit old, and the facilities are good, but its neghbour casablance looks better -

Best Condo in the Northern Sector
I have recently visit the condo and find that the condo was about 7 mins walk from Woodlands MRT. Causeway Point was next to the MRT station, it was one of the biggest shoppiing centre outside Orchard area. Woodlands Civic Centre was the next building to Causeway point, there is a 4 level library, PUB centre, Sembawang Town council, it have many tuition centres and many more.... School were everywhere, ie Siling Primary, Woodgrove Primary, Singapore Sport School, INNOVA JC, Republic Poly, American school and more..... Good facilities and well maintenance, 24/7 security. There are two coffee shop across the road. Esso station next to the condo with Fairprice express. There are two Fairprice within walking distance, one in Civic Centre and the other one in Woodgrove Centre, Cold storage was in Causeway point. -

A Gem that Has Been Missed
I was there visiting a friend last weekend and was surprised at the finishing of this development. My friend's unit faces the child pool and the neigbhour condo and it is so windy! I noted that even the toilet comes with marble, which is a rare feature for a condo at the suburbs. I also walked from the MRT to the development and the walk is decent at about 10 min. This development also comes with a karaoke room. -

Excellent Unit in the North!
I visited this place and was surprised at the quality of the finishes within the unit. Even the bathroom are laid with marble! As you enter each block, you will be greated with the grand lift lobby which is built with so much class. There's a coffee shop just outside the development, and a 24 h convenience store. Walking to the CIVIC centre (library, restaurants, etc) just takes 4 min, and 7 minutes to Causeway Point by foot. Walking time to MRT is 10 min. This development is also near to the Singapore American School and rental yield is one of the highest in Singapore! -

Outstanding Condo
I walked through two apartments in this Condo and both were outstanding!! I could feel a warm welcome to each of these apartments. The swimming pool was nice and clean with beautiful landscape surroundings. This Condo is near the Singapore American School; which is a major plus for families. It is close to the MRT, the Civic Center, shopping mall and Bus terminal. I love this area and will find a place to live in this area. -
