Living at Rv Suites
Thin walls, poor soundproofing. Unit facing River Valley Road is very noisy with a bus stop right in front and sports car racing in the night. Good location near town. Easy access to amenities. -

One of the best layout units in the vicinity
Bought one of the units facing away from the main road. Excellent layout, squarish design which is not a space wastage after placing furnitures. Facilities well designed, with swimming pool and gym on the roof. The size of the unit is larger compared with the same category of those uncompleted condos in the vicinity. The condo is located in a prime district with excellent transport link, just 2 bus stops to ION Orchard and Wheelock Place, or 1 bus stop only if u take from the other side of road. Also within walking distant to the future Great World City MRT! Abundance of eateries and restaurants nearby. It's a condo worth buying to stay or for long term investment! -

Another GEM of D10!
Seen the ready built units, quality workmanship indeed by Fortune Group (also built The Mercury & current RV Edge). This gem, along with Stellar RV and RV Edge are the triple gems along the RV road as they are just next to the demarcation line (hoot tiam road) where competitions of small format units will be limited due to the URA new ruling. Grab one if you can afford! -

Worst Development at RV
I can't believe who would want to buy or stay at this kind of property. Next to the main road with big balcony. Dirty washings hanging all over the the balconies and looks hideous. For a new property it looks like a low class condo in a very high class area. There are many other good older properties off River valley road like Mutiara, Shanghai road and Nathans which offer better value and quiet surrounding and look 100 times better than RV Suites.... -

Not for my own living
Ultra small room(s) with ultra big balconies, will want to look at other projects than this. Just along a busy road, get ready to close your windows all day long, air-con on of course. This projects looks like one big hostel, go up the lifts and the corridors and you will know why. -

It's the best,,,!!!!!! And I ignored it ???
Simply nothing more to ask for , especially for a super prime district, I miss the opportunity during the developer launch at that time which was only $1000psf. Some clever friends advise me prices will fall and ask me to wait, which never happened and a year later asking is now at$1800psf. Imagine if I have bought and holding till now.!!!! &@&@&@&-@ believe in yourself. If ur friends and so called advisors r so gd, they would have made their first million now, most r just talk gd but loser in their own. I have myself to blame for trusting the wrong people and info. Now I got from open market at slightly higher price and got an offer $100psf higher than my purchase price. ;-) -

rv suites great buy
as you can see below, i have rated 5stars for every category for this condo because i got it at a very ideal price for a prime district. even now, its still at its low asking from $1,500-$1,700psf. i have no intention to sell as i have fully paid this property, now just waiting for the rental to set in when its ready. If you are looking to do the same as me, i would advise to stop thinking and start acting, the more you count, the more the prices are going on a rise..and when prices happens to slide, bank loans will do their part to up their rates, in the end, you lose....... -

D10 Skypool with huge rental potential
This project comprises of mainly 1 bedders which would be good for rental. It is also near to the Orchard shopping belt and Central Business District which makes it absolutely convenient for young working professionals to stay in. It is not surprising that many expatriates are already staying in the area evident by the crowd made up of mostly foreigners at nearby Great Wrold City. This is one of the first project to be launched in the River Valley which have compact size units hence the sell out response which followed. -

Prestigious Living in City
This is one of the few Freehold properties around the area which have famous yet economical eateries right at its doorstep. You can find Boon Tong Kee chicken rice, Fish porridge, a Muslim shop with best prata in Singapore !!! Highly recommended for investment. Best Condo layout with all 1-BR apartments, except penthouses. Excellent for those looking to stay in a cozy unit at prestigious neighbourhood. Orchard Road and Scotts is less than 1 km away. -
