Compact condo with good facilities
This condo is tucked in a location easily accessible to the city area. With Tanjong Rhu MRT coming up, it will be a big boost to getting around. Lots of nice parks, activities in Kallang area. Loved the morning and evening walks. The management staff are diligent and helpful. -

great place
been trying to hunt for a place here . great hidden gem, the agent informed us that the train station would be located a mere 5min walk from the guard house. we walked over to the new stadium and was wow over by the view of the place saw on the notice board that the management is renovating the pool and everything looks great. the most impressive thing is that we kept seeing the staffs walking around and cleaning or fixing up things. but only selected blocks have the unparalleled view of the city , we are still hunting for it. -

nice place to live
currently renting a 3 bed room here. very nice place to stay. looking to buy a unit here now but only selected blocks has good views just heard from the news that the new mrt is 2 min walk from here -

good location but apt is breaking down!!!
I love Tg Rhu - central location with lots of space and green and that is why we moved in here. However, the apt is really old and everything is falling apart! Moved in here 7 months ago and bathroom has leaked 3 times! (stingy landlord only changing a small section of the very rusty leaking pipe each time). and now, kitchen ceiling is leaking too! The design of the condo is also not very 'smart'. Too many turn to get into the car park. No proper walkway for residents so pedestrians walk on the narrow driveway, which can be very dangerous especially for residents with young children. Underground car park is not completely sheltered from rain - as there are many 'air holes' which is probably meant to make the car park less stuffy. The children's pool (resort pool) is on a different 'level' from the lap pool. Which means when your kids want to play with water, you don't get to swim as you will be on different level from them and cant see/ supervise them! -

Lovely place
I have been staying at my rented unit for close to 10 months and I must say I really love this place. The surrounding is covered in blues and greens, and I love the fact that I could leisurely walk to the Gardens by the Bay almost every other evening. There is also regular shuttle bus service that brings us to town or stadium mrt, which in fact, is also within walking distance. I heard a new mega mall is coming up and got me really excited. There are many newer apartments nearby but the bedrooms and living spaces are much smaller. The rooms here are spacious and decently sized. I would recommend this to expats family as I feel this has been so far the most value for money stay for me. -

Really 99 years leasehold?
The 99 year lease title was issued in 1997 and would end in 2096. Sanctuary Green was completed in 2003. Today in 2012, there is only 84 years left on the lease. Anybody care to correct my calculation? tks. -

A well maintained project
Despite being almost 10yr old, this project is definitely very well maintained, and the facilities are all very new and environment is very cleaned. It is within walking distance to Stadium MRT and Kallang Leisure Park shopping Mall. It is also a stone's throw to the Garden By the Bay (the next big thing in Sg) where one could enjoy fantastic view of the Singapore skyscrapers. The upcoming sportshub is definitely going to give the project another round of boost. However, avoid those stacks facing the expressway as they will be very dirty and noisy. Also, the project is buried relatively deep in from the main road, but would be perfect for lovers of exclusiveness and privacy. -

Good Investment
Tanjong Rhu is the next big upcoming area and value for money Sanctuary Green Condo is the place to buy. With Gardens by the Bay only months away from completion and the Sports Hub a year away with good connections to the city only a few stops away from Stadium MRT its still good value for money and can easily see 1500 to 2000psf in coming years. Condo is nice and breezy with great facilities and good up keep of gardens, higher units are well worth the value with sea view. -

very nice
been staying here for past 6 years, the council take care of this place, example, even it is the newest condo on the area. the council was the first to repaint the whole condo and mc is on the ball repairs are constant. the only down side is ilegal parking along tanjong rhu road during national day or days where there fire works. i guess it figure that non residents would like to stretch their necks just to see the fireworks. compare to other condos , this is confirm underprice as buyers are usually for own stay and not for speculation you can see how popular it is when you see non residents parking illegally along the tanjong rhu road to enjoy the view and park -
