Resort Living
I've stayed here for 8 years in a duplex penthouse unit. Huge master bed room with walk in closet, private balcony and even a stand alone study room. Every morning, there are birds chirping and totally no noises of passing vehicles. It's a very serene condo that I'm glad I bought. I can never find such development elsewhere. We have no issues with carpark anymore(change of MSCT), alot of my neighbours own 2 cars. -

108 Gerald Drive Seletar Springs Condominium
We have been looking around for about 3 year during pandemic and we have recently came across this place. Wow we have really fell in love with this resort look condo that hard to come by. After we did looked around the same area and some other place, No other condo could offer the same resort feel, peaceful and relaxing. the whole development is huge compare to all the new condos, plenty of space for kids or for your to walk around. The landscape is very resort feels and relaxing. The pool is huge and well maintained, especially when we visited the penthouse 4th floor unit, the master bedroom is unbelievable big and huge and attach with privacy balcony. -

Super huge master bedroom which not commonly find. Balcony with super open unblocked pool view with resort feels very comfortable and Relaxing -

Rare Resort living style
Quiet surrounding with private housing, this estate have the Balinese resort feels. Wonderful and nice to stay. -

Landed Living With Decent Facilities & Amenit
Just bought a unit here and moved in a week ago after a full extensive reno. No complains so far- quiet private housing estate that resembles a balinese resort so don't really look its age. I was surprised I am able to park 3 cars in the basement carpark, unlike newer condos that usually only have 1:1 car allocation. There are also private bus services operating in the estate that goes to CBD, Jurong & Changi; although I have been WFH so no need to take. The only issue I found is that as it is an older condo (20 years already) most units are in original condition, so be prepared to set aside at least $80-120K for a gut renovation as I replaced Aircon&Pipings, Toilets, etc. Fortunately my neighbours were very nice and understanding to my contractors during the renovation! -

Great Value for Money but with some drawbacks
I've owned this condo for the last 8 years and it has been my home before renting it out when we upgraded. The main draw was the attractive psf, considering the area and yet not 'dilapidated' like some condos that feel more like hdb. Also, as it is the only condo in a landed enclave, it feels like you live in a landed when you're driving home. However, you do need a car as the LRT/Bus are further away as it's away from the main road. This should improve as they are FINALLY building road to connect Gerald Drive to Fernvale Link (confirmed Dec'21). Blk 100, 102, 104 & 110 will be affected as no longer have greenery view but roads (lucky alr sold!). Previous MA (Savills) was expensive and heavy-handed with vehicular matters, especially when it's tenant not owner (according to my tenant). -

how is the condo management now

Draconian MGt
This place has a pleasant environment but unfortunately the property is managed by a group of people who runs the place like their mini Kingdom. The parking situation is very real. I have moved in 1 month ago but I still am unable to obtain a parking lot because my relationship with the owner is not professional (cos we are family) and so I am not allowed a have parking lot, even though the owner was willing to transfer his parking to me. I have been given a day to sort out my parking issue - despite my request for an extension. My IC, official documents. car registration are all in this address but the mgt does not accept it even though it is accepted by the government. Ridiculous. I have 3 young kids and not having access to a car park is going to make my life very difficult. Where am I supposed to park?? I have also heard stories from friends living here, who had his car clamped because it wasnt perfectly within the lines. Visitors who stayed beyond midngiht also had their cars clamped. SO if you do not mind having your life controlled by a bunch of dictators (such as how to park your car, or what time your visitors can stay until), then this place is for you. I am looking forward to moving out soon. -
