A good place for self stay!
I have been staying here for last 5 years and loving it. Though there was a mosquito problem sometime ago, the issue was rectified after evening fogging kicked in. The units are spacious and have good layout with no wastage of space. Accessible to Yishun mrt with free condo shuttle bus and access to Giant and other amenities at nearby Sembawang SC and Chong Pang with 5 min walk. -

Resort Condo in Singapore
I just moved in to this Beautiful condo that feel like in a resort with full condo facilities. A Quiet and Peaceful with greenery surrounding and a nearby Hot Spring (Onsen) opposite of this condo which is like 5 mins walking distance. The surrounding give me a feel like I'm in Japan, Kurokawa Onsen. Rare to find a condo with such nice greenery and a nearby Hot Spring (Onsen) in Singapore, moreover it's the one and only Hot Spring (Onsen) here. No regret moving into this condo. -

Seletaris - Gem in the north
Typically three and four room units from 1200-2100 square feet.. Master and Junior Master. Quality floor finishes in marble and parquet, master on-suite all marble with long bath. -

Nice Quiet Environment
Currently looking at condos in Yishun/Khatib and below are my comments on Seletaris: Pros - Freehold - Cheap for freehold - Low density Living - Shuttle Bus to Yishun MRT - Currently quiet (note NS Expressway is expected to be built shortly) Cons - upcoming noise and dust (NS expressway will be built and will run parallel to Seletaris along Gambas Road) - Take note of Mosquitoes/Insects (notice use of mosquito killers/traps which correspond to another review about mosquito infestation) - Seems to have quite a number of investment units (spoke to a PRC tenant family while viewing an adjacent ground floor unit) - No nearby MRTs (luckily for shuttle bus) - Old Condo (16 yrs old and facilities look rather worn) Due to upcoming NS expressway, it seems there are some owners trying to get rid of it. Ground floor unit which i viewed was eventually sold for <$600 psf. Just need to balance between price and the impact of the NSE on the condo. -

Cheap for Freehold Title
Peaceful and quiet with a lot of space. With many surrounding development, it will push up the price higher too. So it is cheap for a freehold title. -

Great Sautuary!
Am currently a tenant and low the low rise less dense feel of development. Its great with the amenities in the condo itself, mini mart etc. I also like that there is a reliable shuttle bus to Chong Pang market and MRT at my doorstep. -

Ready to move in....
Recently bought an unit in this condo. I like the surrounding and location. Away from the bustling cities sentiment. The upcoming NSE could be some hassle for couple of years but things should get better thereafter. Buildings are getting taller and taller. Low rise apartment will provide a low density living. It will be a hit in time to come within such a small country like Singapore. Looking forward and ready to move in... -

nice
What u pay is what u get.We knew that when purchase the place..2 years ago...so we avoid facing road if don't like the noise...price are tempting low...and first floor u r very close to nature which meant insects..cant be help...come in a package..Over all is nice as nature quiet feel..when taking stroll in the condo..... -

Beware!!
Hi, I am currently staying in Seletaris as a tenant. Here are my observations: 1. There is a very severe MOSQUITO problem. It is very bad. On the average, I can hit 2-3 mosquitoes a night/every night. Sometimes more. I recently complained to the management office and found out that the NEA is already involved. And this is affecting my family's sleep. 2. The road noise on Gambas Ave is unberable. You can hear traffic noise clearly even after midnight. 3. Helicopters fly past frequently everyday; which equals noise. 4. Because its surrounded by forest/dense trees, you have all kinds of insects flying into your home, particularly WASPS! -
