Silversea is the best!
I have stayed at many places prior to Silversea. By far, this is the best one! Looking at other comments regarding noise, dog poo, etc., I wonder if buyers are trying to drive down the sale prices? Most places in Singapore are noisy and dusty, save the exclusive areas like Ridout. What is outstanding about this condo is the proximity to East Coast Park. Coastal Playgrove (formerly Big Splash) is right at your back door! I do yoga at Parkland Green, or cycle to Bedok Jetty with a food stop at East Coast Lagoon Food Village. Life cannot be better, where your “life space” is at its maximum in this place! -

Is it really one of the best condos on the Ea
This condo is definitely has a problem with the management.... The dog's poo is everywhere and management is not doing anything.... I spotted a guy who was shampooing himself in the Jacuzzi, nobody care -

Great Condo and Facilities
Having lived in various places and searched across Singapore, I came to the conclusion that this is the best place to buy even though its 99-year leasehold. A few positives: 1) Underpass to ECP Beach is right at the condominium, makes it less than 5 mins to the beach and 10min to the Starbucks on the beach :) 2) Unbelievable Facilities for Kids and Adults. The pool must be longer than 100 meters 3) 6-8 mins walk to Parkway Parade and upcoming MRT - yet far away from the hustle and bustle 4) Density is low given the larger units, so the facilities are never crowded - very peaceful to live here. 5) Even though its next to freeway, the noise on the ground floor is low. At our high floor unit, the noise in the balcony is high but with the windows closed, its peaceful 6) Great and Ample Parking for Residents and Visitors - I have 3 parking spots and we can probably get more without any problems. The only negative is that MRT is not there yet and I don't like to take a bus as I am always short on time. All in all, I believe this the only condo outside of Sentosa Cove that I liked for living. -

Excellent !!!
I’ve stayed in Silversea for 3 years now. One of the best prime location in East Coast. The facilities are amazing and well kept!Facilities are not always crowded. Mostly expatriate , Japanese , Americans etc. High end furnitures . Quite living. There is an underpass directly from the condo connected to East Coast Beach. 5 minutes walk to Parkway Parade. The Marine Parade MRT should be completed 2020!! -

Gem in Marine Parade
Best sea view among all the projects in East Coast. The facilities are luxurious and with the same quality of those at Orchard. Very suitable for family stay. -

Best in Marine Parade
Resort life style, million dollar sea view. Although it is close to ECP, most of the noise can be blocked by the window, walking distance to parkway parade, it is a better buy compared to other nearby project. -

Resort style living
I stay in Silversea and i disagree with those comments on non-bearable noise pollution. The unit i stay faces the pool/ecp and the double glazed window blocked out the road noise. Very windy, well ventilated and convenient with back access door right in front of underpass to East Coast Park. Well maintained estate. -

I live in Silversea and it's great here. I wonder any of the negative comments are written by people who live here? the windows are all well sealed when closed and so there is minimal traffic noise. I don't care if other like it or not really but I have lived in 3 different condos and this is by far the best. one negative which I have to agree is traffic... the MRT can't come soon enough! -

Nice n convinient place with good facilities
Very convenient location with easy access to the East Coast park , parkway parade and Katong. Lots of options for food . Amenities is very good with lots of place to have gatherings and lots of pools to relax . Good mix of people . Units are good with lot of balcony space which is very good especially if you have kids . My kids enjoy playing there . -

Nice to look at, Bad to live in
Silversea has caught much attention when it was first launched. Being next to the beach, it offers fantastic seaview. The design and outlooks also appeal to many. While everything seems too good to be true, Silversea is almost non-liveable. Being near the beach also means its way too close to the freeway/highway for comfort. In fact, the noise/air pollution is way beyond acceptance level. You will practically feel yourself staying "on top" of the highway. The inner facing units facing Marine Parade Rd are not spared from the traffic noise either and has west sun facing. While Silversea is no doubt one of the best looking project around, it is afterall at best a prized possession that a person would like to own, and its definitely not practical to stay/live in. I doubt it will be popular with tenants too. Tenants nowadays are way too smart to set priority between having a nice view and having a peaceful stay or one which they have to suffer 24/7 without any decent or proper rest. -
