Resort-style home
Very peaceful staying here in Skies Miltonia. Occasionally, can feel the strong breeze coming from the reservoir. Basement carpark and is easy to park. Skies Miltonia can accommodate a king-size bed in any of the rooms. The rooms in this condo are spacious compared to new-launch condo. Most units will not face any traffic noises at all. If you have more than 1 car, u can request for another lot (subject to management approval). Also, the location makes driving to town easy. You can either travel via seletar west link or lentor ave. Grounds are well-maintained and swimming pool is well-sized. Swimming pool is the plus point and is for proper lap swimming (serious swimming). -

Good Condo
Peaceful environment and it has a big swimming pool! Usually, nobody uses the swimming pool and I can have the whole swimming pool by myself. The main drawback is that, it is far from the MRT station. However, there is a convenient daily shuttle buses that drops you at Yishun or Khatib MRT. If you have a car, it takes only 20 to 30mn to reach downtown depending on the traffic. With the coming North South corridor, this will be even easier and will definitely see the appreciation of my condo with so many on-going developments. -

Nice place to stay
I've been staying here for close to two years and hope to continue staying here. The pool is huge, 50m with 3 lanes. It's usually under utilised and hardly anyone uses the pool during the weekdays. The sky gym also offers great view and is well equipped and maintained. The downside is that when my friends visit me, they often comment about how far my place is from the mrt. But for me, the shuttle bus had been very reliable and convinient for me to get to work. I love how quiet and peaceful this area is. There is an convi store in the condo itself which has almost everything I need for cooking. There's also a few supermarket nearby. My place is bright and breezy with very nice neighbours. Will recommend this place for families who love nature and peace. -

Undervalued Condo
- Peaceful and quiet estate with excellent view facing lower Seletar reservoir. NS facing. - Easy access to CTE, TPE & SLE via Seletar Westlink. NS expressway in 2023 will reduce time taken to town. -

Undervalued Property compared to NorthPark
Peaceful and quiet place compare to staying near to MRT Station. Price is undervalue compared to NorthPark. Less Debt equal to less interest. Would recommend to upgraders and young families -

Skies Miltonia
Serene & Quiet, exclusive development more than enough parking lots. Very big swimming pool and with sky gym. Country club & hawker centre are nearby. Shuttle service available also. -

Skies Miltonia
Quiet and serene environment with breathe taking view of the resorvoir and golf course. Easy access to the expressway and north south highway will be ready by 2023 bringing greater covenience. -

condo review
The condo is built in a way that there is a common air shaft at the side of the balcony shared amongst units from level 1 all the way up. As such the cigarette smokes and internal noise travel both upwards and downwards. Gravity brings small pieces such as cig butts n rubbish down the shaft. The balconies are shaped in a way that the units with pertruding balcony lacks privacy with the higher units peering down. -
