  Nice development

  Great water feature, and 'green' design which minimizes heat. Very convenient location indeed. Concierge service. Absolute gem in the heart of the city

  Most convenient spot in the city

  I think this site is one of the most convenient location on the island, close to everything you can think of. Prime D9, within short walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and soon to be completed Bencoolen & Rochor stations connects it to 4 MRT lines (North-south, North East, Circle Line and Downtown line). This development has many water features which give serene feeling even though you are in the middle of the city. Nice rooftop gardens and great club house and swimming pool area give relaxing atmosphere. Shops, malls, offices, universities and amenities are all nearby. Even going to the movie needs just a short walk. Cathay and Plaza Sing almost right next door. There are some units which may face directly to shopping ctr, but there are also some which are facing nice vertical garden wall esp those nearer to Adis rd which is away from the main street.

  Poor quality finishings & noise

  I bought my family to see a unit here and was disappointed. The quality of the the finishings was very poor (perhaps as other reviews mentioned, the main contractor underwent financial difficulties?) and the balcony was huge in comparison to the interior, leaving very little 'usable' space. The development is also very noisy with the aircon of commercial buildings just across it running 24/7.

  sophia residence

  location for city living good.All amenities are nearby. Transport links good.Building exterior very simple no attraction. Interior also very simple nothing attractive. Price from Developer too high for this kind of finishings.

  slow progress..

  contractor went bust.. project progress at a standstill... hope inferior quality materials were used in the construction. Buyers who had bought to rent out will be disappointed with the very slow construction progress.

  High potential

  Bought a unit directly from developer last year. Recently looking at sub-sales transacted $, though trends are moving north, but still not fully unlock the value yet. It seems that this project has high potential from now on to come closer to TOP within the next 2 years. A prestigious BCA Green Mark Platinum award project is one of unique, rare, FH, large space in the D9 Orchard belt. In an exclusive, away from traffic crowd, noise but yet still a short walking distance to MRT that has 3 interchange station together that truly well connected island wide so to speak.
