At a nice quiet corner of Spottiswoode Park road off Tanjong Pagar, boutique developer Roxy Pacific is busy preparing the showflat for launch of an exciting new project. The showflat wont stay for long....Built on freehold land of the former Dragon Mansion, this 36 storey development with 2 sky terraces and full condo facilities promises to kick start 2011 with a strong gush of dragon fire.
