LEASE STARTS FROM 2002
Hi The land lease actually starts from 2002, so the lease is left with 84 years. Orignial price about 700K plus. Now they want double the price. Do your sum and decide. tks -

Overprice
Went to view the units here last year. The houses are built too closely and poor air ventilation. Given the asking price of $1750k for a 3014sqft unit of 90 years lease project, couple with a very expensive maintenance fee of more than $500 per month, my family decided that is not worth it. It would be much of an impulsive buy to put your $ for this project for own staying. -

Lovely and peaceful home
We bought a unit here without looking around much and glad that we did. It has a lovely resort feel and the houses are spaced nicely apart so that you don't have a cooped up feeling. The stairs can be a bit of a climb but at this price, it'll be hard to get a better deal with facilities and a hot pool! -

Wonderful place, loving it
Moved in for almost half a year, but just getting more n more in love with the place. The layout of the unit is smart, utilized the space very effectively, every room is spacious and ensuite. The super high ceiling living room is my favourite as it adds a luxury feel to the house and it is hard to find these days. It is also located just opp Sembawang shopping center, making daily shopping a breeze. Having my own parking space right in front my door, covered us from sun n rain when getting in or out of the car. To me, the environment is not resort like, it is even nicer than a resort! Regarding the cooking smell from the nearby shophouse, I cant smell anything, except my own cooking..not affecting us at all...With such low price, It is 100% a steal!!! -

Strong Exhaust from Restaurants
I met with my friends to size up on a few units. My only comments are the transportation, being off the major city transportation line. This shouldn't be too much of a concern if you are a car person. Maintenance fees are very high. The only thing that discounted this development is that there are a few kitchen exhaust outlets blowing the greasy oil & stuff into the property. I appreciated being near the food centre but these are really too much. Talk about food haze & aroma pollution. If you don't mind the negatives, otherwise it is rather a good property with it's layout to own. -

Great n convenient place
Springhill is conveniently located near many amenities such as Sembawang Shopping Centre where you can find Giant, Popular and many other air-conditioned restaurants plus other non-air-conditioned eateries such as the famous white noodles and 24hr eateries. Bus stop is just outside Springhill taking you to Sembawang MRT. Or you can take the free shuttle bus at SSC to either Yishun or Sembawang MRT. Within the estate, children can run freely as security is very tight and good. The place is well-maintained & the houses are spacious with five-bedrooms and all have attached bathrooms. How convenient! Top floor open roof terrace can be used for barbecue and gathering with friends under the stars. Great place! -

Great Resort like feel project.
Recently bought a unit there. Very nice development with quiet ambience. Credit goes the gardeners for maintaining the greenery. Maintainence fee is on the high side though but at least the gardeners justifies it. Agree with the rest of reviews about the convenience of being surrounded by the eateries. No issues with the cooking smells as my unit is away from them and nearer to the small pool. -

Extremely undervalued & Amazing Family place!
You wont book chalets after you move in here. Its great place to be n. Very peaceful.The structure of the houses allows so much of privacy and yet facilitates a big family. A rare 4+1 with 5 bathrooms at sub2million prices. after the north-south expressway, the prices will skyrocket. -

Simply Awesome!
Springhill is one of the best place we have seen so far. Its just opposite sembawang shopping centre and you will be spolit for choice for food. The wet chong pang market is also nearby. Its a relaxing resort feel. There is also a sembawang park nearby where you can go for exercise and cycling -
