Fantastic Location, Amenities, MRT
In terms of location and convenience to everything MRT, Supermarket, Shopping Malls, Entertainment (eateries 24hrs, pubs, cinemas, etc), this place is second to none. Simply awesome. I must say, I am thankful to the agent that recommended this hidden gem. Rental is fair and dare I say a steal, given the proximity to town (Raffles Place, Suntec City, Orchard Road, Bugis, Raffles City / City Hall, etc) all within walking distance. I heard the new Casino at Marina Bay is just a 5min bus ride away. I would highly recommend this place as one of the undiscovered gems in the heart of the city. Peter Hutton -

Great location, but noisy
Great location as the previous reviewers have said, but the road is a little noisy at night. The pool is cold too! -

Best Location for Expats
Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. Five different MRT Stations (Bugis, Dhoby Ghaut, City Hall, Museum and Little India) within 5 - 10 mins walk. Fantastic eateries (restaurants, as well as, budget food courts) all around, Chijmes, Kopitiam, Banquet, etc. Easy and convenient grocery shopping, Colds Storage, NTUC and Carrefour within 3-5 min walk. Shopping centres such as Suntec City, Plaza Singapura, Centrepoint are within 5-10 mins walk. Short distance 5 mins bus ride to Raffles Place (the Central Business District). -

Great Condo!
Sunshine Plaza is a great condo unit...especially its location! It's close to town, few minutes walk to Bugis/Little India/Orchard Road, lots of transport links, many food places etc. etc. It also has a fantastic pool, tennis court and (very small) gym. The only negative criticism is the management firm are slow and not very customer friendly. -
