Horrible...
lot of noise, invasion of cockroaches and rats, very dirty and full of mold in the barbecue area, swimming pool, jacuzzis, sauna, children's playground -

Horrible...
Horrible. Very noisy. Cockroaches and rats are swarming around the estate, attracting python snakes in search for food. Do not recommemd -

Nature Paradise with MRT Link right into the
This Condo recently received a new coat of paint and it looks marvelous. The new Entry Point on Hume Ave. to the Rail Corridor makes this Condo a Nature Paradise. And it links you within 5 min to the Rail Mall too. The upcoming DT04 HUME MRT Station is taking shape and should be ready in 2024. -

Wonderful home I with superb access to nature
Having lived here for 15 years, I know why properties are so rarely on the market… it is a fabulous place to make a home. Superb links to nature and very soon an MRT line almost opposite! The pool is a gem and the Condo is very well maintained. With spacious grounds it’s a super place to raise a young family . -

Spacious grounds, small balconies
Spacious grounds typical of old-school condos with full facilities, which are not common in newer developments. One of the condos along Hume Ave which are closest to the bus stop and overhead bridge that links to the future Hume MRT station - good for families with schoolgoing children trying to avoid a long stretch of unsheltered pavement. Main downside is the retro architecture (think plenty of Grecian / Roman columns and salmon pink building colour) and small circular balconies, which don't have enough room to put more than a very small laundry rack. Otherwise, the space, accessibility and view of greenery is good. -

Poor Management Rules
Management shifted tennis court booking to an online app, which limits individual use of the tennis courts to 2 hours a week, even tho there are periods when no one is using the courts. Inflexible. -

Lush and vast grounds and comprehensive faci
Lush and vast grounds and comprehensive facilities. Balcony designs come in semi circular shape. Would be better is balconies are bigger and not just standing space -

Loving living at Symphony Heights!!
We love living at Symphony Heights. (We rent). We are British Expats. Before this we lived in Palm Springs in Ewe Boon Road (close to Newton), and then Southaven (in Upper Bukit Timah). Of the 3 condos - we love this one the best. Its spacious, cool, breezy, the people (other residents) are lovely. Its quiet, clean, safe, lovely layout. Nice mix of locals and expats. Its good for couples, families, kids, and singles. Good facilities, great pool. Well maintained (mostly), lovely gardens. We will defintely not be looking to move anytime soon! Very happy residents. If I did have to say one thing against it....it would be the sound proofing between floors above and below are not very good so you can hear most things at night...but apart from that - you do (eventually) get used to your neighbours habits and movements so you hardly notice them - but at the beginning, when you first move in, you may think you are living with them! Of course this sound issue problem could only apply to our condo... -

Symphony Heights
I have been living at Blk 39 since day1 from TOP in 1998. This place is like Genting Highland. Fresh cool air, quite and breezy. You can hear birds singing. The landscape and greenery is beautiful and well kept. This condo is on high ground and if there is an earthquake it will not affect us because of its solid rock foundation which CDL developer had to bring in special machine to cut before it could lay its foundation. You cannot get another place like this even though there are other new developments nearby. It sits on high ground (hilltop). It's name justify its beauty and serenity. -

Very quite
We live in block 39, a bit in the back, and I've never lived in such a quite place, we only hear birds singing! Layout of apartments are good and big, compared to new condos, big living area and 2 storage rooms that for us is really a plus! Management is carrying out maintanance/repair works around the condo at the moment, it is a 10 year old condo, can not expect that everything will be perfect at all times.....With flooding situation, we are really happy to live in a hill-top condo! Prices of units are still very reasonable compared to condos around the areas...... Security guards could be better. -
