NIce but...
Some unit's layout are extremely unfriendly; probably due the curve facet. small development that is next the road so for those that hates noise..maybe a problem. Nice view from some 2 bedder units; due the hall's wide full height windows. facilities are nothing to talk about. Rental is pathetic (below 3k) considering its location. Was looking at one at 1.3mill but no banks willing to even match this amount. Unrealistic seller raised further to 1.4mill.complete waste of everyone's time. -
