For a project that TOP in 1999 and with not v
For a project that TOP in 1999 and with not very complete facilities,the prices hee hold very well at about $1600psf for its 2 bed room units. This is probably due to its 999 leasehold tenure -

Agents
Hi I was enquiring about an apartment ) #03-23 and the agent went through a checklist of questions and wanted to know lots of details like if it was a corporate lease and racial denomination. Renters be aware of this owner/agent of this apartment might be trouble. It has been empty for a while so it's a red flag -

Great location, high potential and undervalue
Ever since i bought the unit 10 years ago, it was hardly vacant for more than 2 months. With the train station and Cold storage at Sime Darby centre, Blossomvale is under appreciated and under valued as compared to the newer development. And we are not talking about en bloc potential. -

Nice Home
I have been staying in this development for more than 10 years now and have seen how the estate grown and the profile of residents change. The condo is very well kept for its age and the most exciting development is that King Albert Park MRT is coming to Blossomvale’s doorsteps. The management council is very active in making sure that the condo is kept in good condition, for example, having resolved the pest issue and making improvement works to the driveway and running track. The fact that Methodist Girls’ School and Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School’s being within 1 km from Blossomvale has made this condo highly popular to young families. Facilities at this condo is also very adequate with BBQ pits, large & baby pool, tennis court, indoor gym, outdoor exercise facilities, children playground and running track. Personally feel that this condo is a nice place to stay and has good investment potential. We now have 2 units here. -

Nice location poor facility
The location of the condo is really convenient with Cold Storage and NTUC nearby. Building management is poor and cockroaches are everywhere. My family has seen rats running around. Many expats staying here for cheaper rental as the development is old and there is a lack of condo facilities except for a small pool. -

sincere comment for people considering blosso
i m renting an apartment here in blossom vale. The location is great and very convenient but i do have car parking issue as i have 2 cars. The so called second parking space is rather far from my block. I sometimes have problem even with my first car if i return home late. It is a true headache. My wife often complains of pest problem in the kitchen though she tries to keep the kitchen clean. The outdoor is maintained well though for an old condo like this. Not a highly recommended place besides the location. -

blossomvale
i rented a unit at blossomvale cos i like the European design and location. However perhaps cos the condo is very old, there is this cockroaches problem from the rubbish chute in my unit. When i open the rubbish chute, cockroaches will dash out esp at night. A check with neighbour's maid told me that she shared the same problem. Fumigation is done weekly so i wonder why. Besides, there is this car parking problem for families with 2 cars and staying in lobbies further away from the limited second car park lots. The rubbish chute doors in the car park r not mostly closed tight. nevertheless, the cleaners do try their best to keep the place clean .the security guards r friendly and nice too. -

Blossomvale
Blossomvale is a very well kept condo and highly suitable for families given its full facilities and location which is very near to future King Albert Park MRT station. Great schools are also very nearby, not to mention Cold Storage and McDonalds as well. Drive to Orchard Road and city center takes less than 15 mins, and is ideal for those wanting to live near the city but yet want to have the serenity of nature. A highly recommended condo! -
