  too pricey

  too pricey and inconvenient. not close to any amenities. not recommended for investment.

  Nice Environment

  Very nice environment with many green landscaping around the condo. Good amenities within walking distance ( New Markets & Food centre , banks etc ). Also near to several primary & secondary schools. Good for investment or stay if you have kids.

  Lovely but pricy

  The environment in calrose is lovely. Nice landscaping work around the estate. Prices are steep, with the current selling prices, you can get another place nearer to city centre in D11, D12. It a good place for those who drive. Not the most convenient place for those who don't.

  Large size

  It appears the Calrose have very large units, but how exactly do the calculate the square footage? Is every square inch of the place including balconies etc included in the figure?
