Unbeatable Connectivity and Convenience
Perfect for working professionals and families with young children - in the heart of CBD yet close walking distance to tanjong pagar where you can get groceries at heartland prices if you cook. For those who don't cook, cross the road for amoy food centre and just a 5 - 10 min walk to 3 other major food centres (maxwell, lao pa sat and tanjong pagar centre). Enjoy popular bars, restaurants and cafes with telok ayer, ann siang and tanjong pagar at your doorstep. Plenty of gyms, pilates, yoga studios, dry cleaning, tailors, beauty services etc in the area as well. The concierge team is very helpful and pleasant, getting deliveries and parcels is a breeze. Facilities are also super well maintained and condo is very clean. And it is so peaceful here on weekends.Couldn't be happier living here. -

Great Location and Facilities, but showing it
A nice downtown development by Far East Organization, the small units is compensated by great facilities, such as various high floor gardens, pools, and sauna. The concierge service continues to work well, which is great news. However, the facilities are beginning to -

Great Location with excellent food and entert
The Clift is located near MRT, hawker center, numerous pubs and eateries making it a great place for expats working in the CBD as it makes it easy to chill and relax after work without having to take the time to travel and you can also beat the traffic going in and out of the CBD during peak hours. -

Great location with lots of good food and pub
My wife And I really enjoyed ourselves when we stayed at The Clift. There was so many good food at Amoy good centre and many restaurants and bars downstairs. It was very convenient to commute as well. -

Well maintained facilities with concierge svs
I am a new tenant in the Clift and i must commend the management in their dutiful maintenance... the spa and chill out decks, gym, jacuzzis, cookout kitchen are very clean... The location is the best advantage easily accessible to different train lines, as well as a taste of both local delicacies at the Amoy food center or the many hipster cafes and restaurants. I read earlier reviews on the noise from the construction but i think that's irrelevant now since the office building is almost done. I'm eagerly waiting for the new retail amenities to open in fact! -

The Clift
Developed by Far East Organisation, the Clift is located in the prime district 1 business centre. It offers a food centre at its door step as well as close proximity to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Very popular with expats working in town -

Totally unreliable
Condo is actually well located and some units and fittings are ok. BUT i was unlucky to run into an agent (who has many units there) who is totally unreliable and owner crazy. They got me preparing LOI and TA and last second increased rent 400$. I believe units there are totally overpriced and you get something better for the same money in Icon, Sail, Lumiere, etc -

clift - a resident perspective
This is written from the perspective of lessees who have also been landlords . We've been here a couple of years and will move out of our rental at end of year. Thought we d add the views of a resident .... The place looks ok but many problems are happening and the management agents are slow to react, or don t react to them . Out of eight refrigerator units in the common areas only TWO work. This has been a reported problem since the middle of LAST YEAR. Still no action. Drains are clogged in upstairs areas so you can t use the sinks in the casual dining areas ( a problem for more than 18 months ) . The front door has not been automatic since before January this year and is dangerous to walk through slowly. The problems go on and are too many to list. Coupled with this are the damage caused by resident parties- unfortunate cleaners and security staff have a challenging job as some resident behaviour is unacceptable - another reason we are moving. Some parts of the common areas have been damaged by residents. It took management a few months to fix one broken window in the Club room, level 10 common area. Many of the machines in the gym don t work properly. However of greatest concern is the LOW standard in finishing details on the properties. The same fittings and appliances are used in the apartments as in the common areas. In general cheaper quality fittings and materials have been used in the Clift ( compare with Icon or One Shenton which are much better quality ). Many things in common areas are falling apart as they are low quality or were incorrectly fitted( see the doors on cupboards and all plumbing fittings in common areas) . This place was built to a budget, but the rents/prices are as high as many other properties in the area. This is a review by someone who actually lives here (as of June 2013 ). Hope this helps in your decision making process. -
