  Breezy and good views!

  Love that my condo is in a north south orientation, thus able to capture good amount of wind. Given that it is within the runway radius, which is also not that close either, there is quite a fair bit of unblocked view. The facilities are ample and good. A good place to call home!

  Clean condo with peaceful surroundings

  Very peaceful place to live in. Transport can hard at 1st but once you know all the bus stop, it is actually very easy to take to mrt if you don’t want to wait for shuttle bus.

  So far so good after 3.5 years

  Moved in right after TOP. Facilities still kept well and the surrounding environment is really peaceful yet practical enough to reach town in 15 mins.

  Good condominium in a good location

  Use back gate and access bus 315 and 317 via Lichfield. Condominium is located between Serangoon Gardens and Serangoon North. Low car density thus lesser traffic noise. North south facing thus able to enjoy wind year round. Good facilities.

  Peaceful, well-designed and equipped with fac

  Been staying here for almost 3 years. Really comfortable and enjoyable stay, surrounding areas unblocked. My family enjoys the well-maintained facilities and uses them well. Love how it is so connected to the Serangoon North heartland side but also just a 5 mins walk from Serangoon Gardens through the backgate. It is not super near NEX but the shuttle bus service makes it convenient for us to get there at all times of day. Bonus point for an impressive drop-off point that gives it a 'hotel lobby' feel.

  Quite and serene place that is near to the Serangoon Garden Circus. Shuttle bus is provided to bring you to Serangoon MRT and excited to get the Serangoon North MRT within walking distance soon. Great Smart Home & Smart Community made possible by Keppel Land & Wingtai Asia.
