Exclusive and close to greenery
Very nice development in the Hume area, only one with access to Upper Bukit Timah Road which means you avoid the morning jam in Hume Avenue. -

Blissful Retreat in Nature's Embrace. Windy &
I had an amazing stay at this condo! All staffs working in this condo are friendly, greeting you everyday. Heard from neighbour they had a change of management staffs last year. The place is surrounded by lush greenery, it's a tranquil oasis away from the city. The pool was incredible, offering a resort-like experience. My family enjoy the all the facilities especially the infinity pool over looking Bukit Timah hill. It is truly a hidden paradise that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for the opportunity to call it your home. Staying in block 341, facing the nature reserve, you will luxuriate in the misty forest look and scent whenever it rain. There are also many nature trails around this condo, Dairy Farm nature park, Wallace Trail, Rail corridor etc. -

Best Hunt for Resale Freehold Condo
I have been looking around Bukit Timah for a freehold condo. After a long search, I happen to chance upon the Hillside condo while visiting the Old Ford Factory. Arranged with agent to view a few units and decided that this would be the perfect place for my family. I am particularly delighted that a new MRT station will be open in the near future which is just a short walk from the condo. What really captures me is the tranquility and fresh air as it is surrounded by lust greenery yet convenient as the amenities are just a short distance away. The unit layout is also very spacious unlike the new condos which are so compact and not even have a proper kitchen and yard area. Lastly, I am not concerned that the development is already 20 years old since it's freehold and quite well maintained. -

Not close to MRT but close to nature
Quite a walk to Beauty World MRT, but it will be closer to the future Hume MRT station. It's right next to Bukit Batok Nature Reserve and hence good for regular walking/hiking and jogging enthusiasts. The slope up the hill from the condo entrance can be a bit of a slog for elderly residents and children; it's also right next to the old Ford Factory museum. -

Tranquil environment
This is a nice condo to stay if you like to stay near the bukit timah reserve. Surprisingly the site is bigger than what i thought as the entrance can be easily missed out when you travelling down from city. One of the thing which i don't like is that the layout of most of the units are odd shape design. I will give it a pass. The 2 blocks at the top of the hill is nice overlooking the reserve being on higher ground. However, do note that it very near the 2 power station tower which may not be comfortable with some people. -

Great place to live!
Lovely place, friendly Guards and management. There are many buses, and a new mrt station coming up soon. Love that we can swim and view Bukit Timah Hill. Air is fresher too! -

Built on the slope of a low hill
Built on the slope of a low hill, The Hillside offers a tranquil and unique lifestyle unlike most condo. It is rather amazing to have 340 units built on this slope in this manner. -

Dont buy especial u hv young kids
Kids cant scooter and cycling downstair. $21 pay for very small function room. Kids will easy fall down from bbq area to carpark. Lots of insert . Dirty. Wet. Stupid design for carpark. Bad managemen -

Poor condo management
Beautiful place with good facilities and well maintained. We like the greenery and tranquility of this estate but the condo management is poor in terms of security. There were two incidents happened during my stay for the past 3 years. My housemate was molested near the lift and a pair of expensive sneakers were stolen from the shoe rack right outside of my house. We had reported them to the the condo management but to our disappointment, they did not take immediate action to investigate it nor look into the issue seriously. This is about the safety and security issue for all residence here and hopefully the chairman of the community will urge the management team to improve on this matter. -

Beautiful place with lots of greens, BUT the management team is getting from bad to worse! -
