True Convenience & Spacious Living, liter
This Condo is absolutely amazing with facilities like Gym, etc.. But what i really miss about living here is the cleanliness of the condo, the units being extremely spacious compared to most condos, and the convenience this place has to offer. Its a fully sheltered 1min Walk to the MRT and Bus Interchange, along with 5 Malls Nearby where you can meet and hang out with friends. One being West-mall which is a 1min walk, and 4 other malls that are only 1 stop away, at Jurong East. The 7-Eleven here at the mrt is 24/7 along with many food choices that are open 24/7. Town(Orchard etc) and north area (Yio Chu Kang) are only 45mins away. NUTC is literally downstairs, Cold Storage, Singtel, Starhub, Harvey Norman at Westmall (1min away), Ikea(1 stop away at Jurong), 24/7 McDonalds, and many more. -

Best condominium in Singapore. Huge units with utility room and store room which are rare in new condominiums. Inviting swimming pool. Condo is well maintained. Very convenient with West Mall next to the condo, MRT 2 min walk. Condo is one MRT stop away from Jurong East MRT (4 Shopping Centers) and offices. -

Best location in the West
Extremely convenient with a Shopping Mall (with library and cinema) and lots of 24hrs eateries nearby. MRT station and Bus Terminal is just a few steps away. -

Bt Batok Condos
As a long time resident in Bukit Batok(BB), here's my truthful opinion on BB Condos: The Jade: Too near MRT station, no peaceful ambience. Near West Mall, but also means paying more for groceries, foodcourt meals, as retail shops’ rentals are higher. Swimming pool so small, greenish looking like algae-infested fish pond. Exterior looks like an EC. Units have tiny waist-height windows, dark bedrooms. Balcony half the size of living hall, expensive to own, yet not having much use. Regent Heights: Its location turns one off. Just walking twice daily to/fro BB station for work and already exhausted, enough exercise for the day. Old facilities, units’ furnishing old fashion design. No nearby amenities for groceries,food,etc. Moreover, surrounding Hillview Industrial estate will be redeveloped into high-rise apartments, blocking condo views in future. Multi-storey car park, inconvenient during rain ! Hillview Regency: Newer. However, condo site is slim & elongated, awkward shaped pool, small clubhouse. Even further from BB station, will need a car badly, or rather take a bus instead. Likewise, surrounding views will be blocked by new developments, such as Natura in 3 years time. The Madeira: Beautiful architectural design, modern, plenty of gardens, open spaces. Units' furnishing modern, full-height windows, plenty of natural light. 3-mins walk to Bt Gombak station. Full of amenities, neighborhood household stores, wetmarkets, supermarts, coffeeshops, clinics, etc , dont need to pay high price for daily necessities, compared to shopping malls. Away from main roads, MRT tracks, peaceful ambience. Breathtaking views of lush greenery, hills and nature reserves, never be blocked by any future developments (because there wont be any). Also has basement car park, fully sheltered. Totally sheltered from MRT station to condo unit. Hence, The Madeira Condo has it all, in terms of what a real condo should have. -

Better buy with that money
I wouldn't pay $1 million + for a two bedder at The Jade when I can pay $9xxk for a high floor 3+1 bedder at Regent Heights that offer better facilities. The MRT track isn't everything to having a lifestyle and definitely not worth the extra premium. -

Honest Review
The Jade is very convenient and have a resort feel to it with the roman stlye swimming pool and all. Like how it integrates with the MRT and West Mall without intrusion of privacy. However, the good feeling ends when I view the units, most are badly maintained and feels like Im back in national service if you know what I mean!! -

Not Worth
Went to view a few unit recently. The facing is either direct west sun or facing noisy MRT track.Small pool with limited facilities.And price is too high -
