good place to stay
generally a nice place to stay. however, drop down window give no privacy. no balcony means max usable space. good potential for future enblock as the price now is reasonable compare to surrounding other estate since it is already 15yr old , got mrt got market etc good rental and stay value. quite well maintained with high tec facial recog entry to condo.. just painted so estate looks good -

The Lakeshore
The Lakeshore is developed by Far East Organisation with beautiful facilities, rather premium during its launch in that vicinity. It is at the doorstep of Lakeside MRT station. It stations for massage and nice bbq areas. -

Lakeshore
Lakeshore condo is what I consider an average condo... It has a rather good lake view and the location is very good, which is located next to an Mrt station and is nearby the jurong east shopping district... However, the space is so small and cramped. The parking lot is quite unpleasant because of how dirty and smelly the place is. Get ready to experience problems showering! If you enjoy a nice hot shower, then Lakeshore is Not for you! The water heater is constanly not functioning properly, sometimes you have to wait 5-10 mins for it to work, sometimes it doesn't even work!! Well done Lakeshore. It is also pretty common to see the elevators disfunctioning. Thus leading to lots of repairs noises. Overall lakeshore is the type of condo where it looks good on the outside but not so inside :)) -

Surprisingly Impressive
Viewed Lakeshore last week after viewing dozens of apartments in Jurong. We are looking to rent a larger property for our growing family. Lakeshore came out on top of all of the ones we viewed, which included brand new penthouse suites at Lakefront and large apartments and penthouses elsewhere. Facilities are excellent for families and all areas of Lakeshore were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. We visited mid-weekend and although busy at the pool, it was hardly full and had a good, friendly atmosphere. Surrounding areas of Jurong all within excellent distance either on foot or by MRT across the road. -

bit cramped, good area near to schools/mrt
Lakeshore is conveniently located near lakeside MRT, has decent facilities. With the lake right in front,you have access to a plethora of outdoor activities. Upcoming JEM mall/ jurong hospital etc surely going to increase investment potential Cons- foyer and other public areas are cramped, especially the pool area, very narrow walkways. Paint also kind of dull, but heard they are going to repaint, given other new developments like caspian and lakefront coming cropping up in front of the lake. the entrance to the condo is quite awkward and hard to locate if new. -

Cramp and mass-market
Was there to view one unit on sat afternoon. The pool was packed to the rim. Almost every deck chair was taken. The sheltered carpark was so HDB. The lift lobby (or rather just the lift) looks like goods lift. Bad experience. -

Jewel in the West
I visited my friend who is staying at the Lakeshore and have cleared all my doubts as to why this project is the best in the west. Strategically , The Lakeshore is located right in the heart of the future Jurong Lake District . Also , the MRT is less than 200 metres away. Furthermore , just next door, development of the Future Canadian School has started. Just imagine all the support staff working at the school , where better to stay than at the Lakeshore. Tremendous potential in terms of Expat rental here. Also nearby , the future Jurong General Hospital will add to its rental potential as all the medical support staff i.e mostly expats will have housing needs. With all these amenities in the pipeline, this project will present any investor with high capital appreciation in the future. Just an opinion from a neutral observer.......If only I could afford one. -

Potential Condo
The Lakeshore has very good amenities nearby. It is near to lakeside MRT, Market, Rulang Sch, Fuhua Sch, Community Ctr, Sports Complex, Jurong Lake Park, Canadian International School. All within 900 metres. Future growth includes: World Class science centre, lake broadwalks and geysers@Jurong Lake, Lakeside village and Hospital. BigBox not sure. Further away, Lakeshore is near to IMM, JP, 2 Libraries, NTU, Undergoing Redevelopment JEC Shopping, more markets. For a 99 year condo, it has all kinds of facilities. A resort theme condo Lakeshore boasts 2 massage spa, 2 jacuzzi, 2 cold pool, 2 Steam rooms, badminton/tennis courts and many more. A great place for EXPATS and this place has a lot of expats living. Very good for rentals as well. Noise and air pollution levels are acceptable. Since Lakeshore is facing the jurong lake directly and is far away from industrial areas. Something to share especially at night, hordes of Foreign workers can be spotted aplenty at nearby park at Jurong Point/Centris. These are things i would looked out for and lakeshore doesn't have. I dont even want to comment on Centris condo, not worth my time after seeing many fighter jets flew past at very low altitude when i was there and scares the hell out of me. Lakeshore is a great place to live if you can afford it. While the cost of buying it is expensive, on the otherhand maint fees are cheap. I believe there is no better condo in whole of Jurong that can rival Lakeshore. Lakshore has an unobstructed view as compare to The Caspian's view which is fully blocked all sides. Gov is releasing a land next to caspian and effectively blocking it forever. A big minus. Maybe i would buy the new development next to caspian and at a good price. -
