  Easy access, good public transport

  Located next to three towering 20-storey blocks at The M is the six storey block where I’ve got my apartment. It may seem smaller, but that only means I’ll get easier access to all the surrounding amenities. I also look forward to living in District 7 when construction work on the project is completed and can walk to Esplanade MRT station for my daily commute to the office. Not only will it bring me closer to my workplace, but I also love having eateries and shopping malls around me.

  Fine locality

  Since it’s in the heart of District 7, The M sits on prime land and so space is definitely at a premium here. But considering the wealth of nearby amenities and convenience, it more than makes up for the upmarket pricing. My apartment is on the 18th floor, so I'm hoping to enjoy uninterrupted views of the city and bay. The project is close to cycling tracks and residents can easily walk to CityHall.

  Finally got myself a smart home

  A four-year wait could be a long time now that I’ve already purchased my apartment at The M. It’s the kind of smart home I have always wanted to live in, and since it's one of the best launches of 2020, it makes me even more proud to own this property. It’s also a short walk from four MRT stations, so connectivity won’t be a hassle. District 7 is the new place to be in my opinion.

  Review On The M Condo

  there are 5 MRT stations, tons of retail, F&B options that are within 10  minutes walking distance, what more can one say of its location? But only if you are comfortable to pay close to $3,000psf.
