Painful management
Excellent facilities but the management is a pain sometimes. They have a stupid policy about NO trainers in the gym, ridiculous timings for swimming coaches ( Tue and Thu day times only) and also about the coaches having to par a fee to the management. This makes it tough to find a coach sometimes. In terms of location, the nearest bus stop is a 10 min walk, the MRT is a cab-ride away, but the cab stand is just outside the gate. Besides this, the building is pretty good and well-maintained. -

Makena...the expat's choice!
Makena is far beyond what other condos could provide! It goes 1 step further into serving residents better by having a cafe, spa, minimart for our daily needs and uniquely, a clinic! You dont need to step out for your needs and wants...everything is within Makena! Residents have a great time among themselves by having bbq parties and other festive ocasions! -
