The upcoming Circle Line at Haw Par Villa next to this development speaks volumes for convenience. Having children studying in ACSI, Fairfield, ACJC,NUH, Henry Park... means superb convenience as it is only a 2-3 stop on the circle line. There is no worry about having to take slow bus rides. Getting to NUH is one stop away especially for check ups. The various recreational facilities are great.too eg. West Coast Park, Haw Par Villa, The wonderful thing is not having to move even when the children get to tertiary level or its time to enter the workforce. Go to NUS! and work in the CBD! :) Units whether facing seaview or greenery does not matter. The critical point is its location. MRT station at your doorstep! Freehold property. Yet the development on a hill with NS orientation is quiet and tranquil. In the long term, it is value even at 1300psf. You get sheltered from the elements without having to worry about flooded streets at this development. Travel time is valuable in today's fast paced world. The condo facilities are great with the various pools. I would give this development a 5. No need to join expensive clubs. -

HILLTOP LIVING
This is really a nice high-class condo perched on the hilltop. A rare find in Singapore. Clean air, quiet and peaceful as it is located in the greenbelt district. It's very convenient when the Haw Par Villa circle line is ready next year. Should be within 2 mins walk to the MRT station from the condo entrance. The current asking price of around $1400 psf is still affordable and reasonable as compared to new launches in this area and other new launches in suburban areas. Highly recommended for anyone who loves outdoor activities and greenery. -

Paradise!!
Fell in love with it the moment I step into the showroom! The tranquility, serenity and peace are so... wow! Away from the buzzle from the city and yet not too far away from it. Couldn't ask for more... its (reasonably) cheap, its new and its near the sea :D -

nice place
its a nice place, a friend used to stay before enbloc. the enbloc was just 450psf, and there were much lesser units then. initial selling launch price in 2008 was just 700+psf and they could not sell any units. after the mad rush in 2009, prices went up to 950psf. Now these jokers are trying to sell at 1200-1400psf? well, actual transacted prices are only 1000psf so buy from someone really serious about selling, not those asking over 1200psf. I will get one if its below 1000psf. else why bother? at these prices there are plenty of secluded corners to buy in singapore. -

A small development on the slope of Balmeg hill of 180 units... so unlike typical huge condo development of a few hundred to thousand units. The layout is great except for the bomb shelter. All new condo units in Singapore have bomb shelter anyway. The facilities are good for family and children. The quality of finishing are generally good. I like those units facing greenery. Away from traffic noise. The future MRT is JUST RIGHT outside the entrance gate! Expensive though but this is freehold. When you buy property... think of location, location and location. Balmeg has it all. Near MRT, near NUS, near Sentosa, near Harbourfront, near Science Park 1,2,3, near Kent Ridge Park, near West Coast, near City... -

Had gone to see the unit (note:not showroom) & observed the following: - the "sea view" is actually the port view...complete with containers! - this privilege is only for certain units with the right facing & floor level, otherwise you get "neighbour view" (good for voyeurs!) - another view is the "greenery view" whereby you are really facing the opposite side which is the science park - location-wise, will be good if you work at science park or have some kids studying at NUS... - no real amenities although it is less than 5 mins' walk to soon-to-be-completed Haw Par MRT - for the asking prices of $1.4k psf, I would need to really love this developer, location, or have a money tree at home to even consider buying this! -
