Well located and well managed Condo
Within 500m from MRT, shops, Kopitiam, fast food and NTUC. Upcoming new mixed development at MRT too! The rooms are big/practical for family as compared to the new development! Well maintained. -

Great and convenient place
Agreed with Ms. ling tan, Firewolf and Rachel. The condo is totally different from what were stated in the earlier reviews. It is clean and well maintain and currently painting work in progress. And it is very near to MRT and shops/food. Further more there is new shelter walkway to the condo side gate! -

Convenient
Went to copy of projects near this area. Although there are bad reviews in the past. I don't see any of these during viewing. I like the location and the place looks vibrant. Including Geomancer's recent review. I think this is a nice project for stay or investment. -

Great condo next to MRT
My initial thought that this condo is bad after I had read the past reviews in the site. However, decided to visit the condo and take a look with my own site. To my surprise, the condo is well maintained and much much better than what were described in the past reviews. Maybe there were many issues during TOP but The management committee must have done a good job to make the changes! Well, not to talk too much. If you dont believe, make a trip and see for yourself. -

Near MRT and amenities
This place is so convenient! With Buangkok MRT just 3 mins walk away and many eateries, 24 hours ntuc and Kopitiam outside. You can even walk to Hougang Mall! It's also very near KPE if you drive it's just 15min to the city. There will also be a future bus interchange coming up at Buangkok. -

Over priced
Don't bother buying a unit there at these prices. Some of these owners' units are not even facing the pool but the noisy road side (facing hdd flats). And they asking for S1.2m. I used to own a unit there in the best stack and that's the price I got for it. But these lousier facing and poorer layouts asking for the same. Some of their listings have been there are more than one year and cannot sell. Poor maintenance of facilities and too crowded. Pool and facilities are used by many outsiders. Only plus point is the mrt and ntuc opposite. No good food or good schools around. Glad I sold mine early because most of these owners are stuck with their units. If they are serious about selling, a 1044-1195 size unit shld go no more than $1m. Pool view ones maybe $1.05m if higher floor. Don't bother getting the low floor ones cause the people in the estate litter and throw rubbish down. Car park has issues, walkways floorings always cracking up. Enter the car park and notice the wall and you see the large cracks all over. Not recommended unless you have no where else to stay. Management office people are totally unhelpful. What more can I say? -

Maintenance are terrible
I bought a unit here and stayed for 2.5 years. I love the location of the Condo with amenities like MRT, supermarket, medical hall, bakeries, food all within 3 minutes walk. People around the neighborhood are nice, I made quite a lot of mummy friends at the playground near Fairprice when I brought my toddler down to play. The condo facilities however is quite rundown. Lifts vandalized but committee did not bother to use the funds to repair. Sky gym facilities are so run down, stairs leading to sky gym had water leaking problem causing a big hole and committee did not even bother. Worse still, developer gave lousy things, using home based Sauna and gym equipments for the clubhouse Sauna broke down for a whole year; treadmills breakdown one after the other took MONTHS to fix as they were waiting for replies by developer. As a whole, the condo look like a 10 year old due to poor quality by main con and poor maintenance. Look carefully in the DAY time before you buy. Don't view the place at night... -

Feedback
best condos along northeast line where mrt are underground. psf still below $1000 is a steal where it's only 1yr top. condos in the west are already selling above $1000. if you are lucky, you could catch units with fireworks view. only need 20mins drive to town via kpe or cte. mrt at doorstep. near food amenities. landscape environment very relaxing with sufficient relaxation areas. value for future potential developments. -

Nice condo!
Recommend for those young couple. MRT and 24hrs supermaket, food court is just 3min working distance. Peace and quiet area, Condo facilities are nice. Its worth to purchase!! -

overpriced and weird layout
Firstly, it's clearly overpriced. Secondly, everything from the carpark to the interior/ exterior layout was kinda weird and funny, aka hard to find your way around and various strange "feel". Thirdly, units facing the HDB will feel like living right in HDB no doubts, actually I find the HDB had a better look than the condo! Lastly, the planter units are completely waste of space, the huge balcony ones leave you with no views at all... oh yes, upcoming developments will create years of noise and crowds! -
