Alarm ringing
The fire alarm has always rang suddenly. Just this morning it woke me up and also several times over the past several months. I’v read reviews dated from last 10 years writing the same. Which means it’s been 10 years and they have done nothing. What a horrible management -

AVOID THE SAIL AT ALL COST
The shower water smells like sewage water. I've read online that the tower is filled with cockroaches and it is true. In my unit, in the restroom, kitchen, and almost everywhere is filled with cockroaches. The surroundings are very noisy, even me at the 57th floor can hear music and nonsense stuff daily 24/7 from outside. And I don't know why the sail is using chip and thin walls that u can hear loud upstair neighbor's footsteps, even u can hear the upstair neighbors moving their sofa and chairs. Luckily my lease is almost over and I can't wait to get out of this horrible place. the window in my bedroom even when I close it, I can still hear music from around marina bay sands club at midnight till dawn which makes me cannot sleep. it's obvious that they're using cheap window. -

Noisy surroundings
You can hear club music from the 56th floor at midnight till dawn which makes it hard for you to sleep. You can also hear loud footsteps from the upstair neighbor and weird sounds from above. Overall, it is not peaceful at all and it makes a horrible residence for anyone to stay in. -

Amazing location and view of Marina Bay
Facilities are great, with not one but 2 tennis courts. Very nice upgraded gym as well. -

Nice View with comfortable stay
Completely different from the negative reviews I've read. The room I stayed in was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The agent was friendly and always helpful. The view was fantastic, and the location is extremely strategic with many facilities I could use. I've been living here for 10 months now -

A lot of cockroaches
Place is a full of cockroaches. It’s everywhere. And it’s a lot of mold and unpleasant smell inside apartment. -

The Most over rated condo in Singapore
Stayed there for a year. Terrible service. The security staff are not friendly. They bother locals all the time. They are always profiling locals. Except for one lady the concierge staff are rude. The place is also very humid and many units suffer from mold infestation. The washing cabinet does not have a proper drying vent and dryers cannot work properly. Clothes are always damp. We have to use humidifiers 24 hours a day. The few months was nice with MBS nearby but after a while the place gets boring. The shenton way area is a ghost zone. There are very few good eating places nearby especially local fare. The road noise is also very loud. The music and events noise is a constant nuisance. Moved out as soon as I could. The lifts are so slow for such a high rise building. Absolutely a nightmare. -

Good sized units in heart of city
Best for office workers with hybrid arrangement. Close to offices & yet liveable space for working from home. -

AVOID.
The paid reviews here (or reviews by apartment owners) is obvious. AVOID THE SAIL AT ALL COSTS, unless you enjoy a 10 minute wait time for the elevator (+ another 10 to get downstairs), or constantly having to deal with mould issues in your apartment. -

The best condo in Downtown!
I suggest that Propertyguru should moderate and remove all reviews more than 3 years old. Having the average rating taken from obsolete reviews lack relevancy in today’s context. Take for example, The Sail at Marina Bay, many improvements have been made over the last 3 years. Today, this condo is well managed by a new team of professional without any flaw. The Sail at Marina Bay design is a timeless and iconic landmark. The prime land and address, Marina Boulevard, is the centrepiece in URA’s urban transformation plan. Within 5 mins to 2 MRT, PIE, CTE, AYE, ECP and KPE. I live a balanced and healthy lifestyle here with my family for 6 years now. We swim, play tennis, soak in onsen style jacuzzi, yoga, jog and cycle around the most pictureques view in Singapore. I am happy living here:) -
