Best condo in D15
This is a freehold condo with a huge plot, 5 large swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds, plenty of landscaping. Such a layout means a large portion of the land is under-utilised; ask any developers, they will tell you this translates to a great potential for future enbloc. Adding to the value is the upcoming MRT station at doorstep, few minutes walk to Parkway Parade, East Coast Park, Marine Parade hawker, Katong Village, Library, Cinema, NTUC mart, famous schools such as Tao Nan. The location is also well connected via ECP and MCE, The bus journey to Suntec Cityhall takes only 10min via expressway. -

No sea view at all
The only value of this project is freehold land title... Not a good place for family stay -

Lifestyle and Fun
Well a lot has been said on the bad things about sea view and it's law suit blah blah blah. Truth is I think its way easier to bend together and focus on all the flaws and spread negativity. It's not juicy to spread how much joy, convenience and lifestyle this condo has given to me and my family. There's an oversupply in the rental market but I would take sea view anytime. Where can you find something that is reasonably priced that feels luxurious, new looking and yet super spacious with large landscapes? My friend who's staying at Ardmore 2 says that our development feels like his at fraction of his price! -

The actual condition of the condo is a disaster. Cones everywhere, closed areas of the pool, no jacuzzi for more than a year, closed playground and bbq....it's a disaster!! Apartments are nice, quiet surrounding and the xcelent location, but the common areas make u feel sad when walking around. -

Worst Condo Management in Singapore
we chose to live there due to nice pool area, nice surrounding, close to groceries etc... However, all these were whipped away by the condo management which shows lack of professionalism and understanding to anything you need. We are counting the days until we'll leave the place. DO NOT RENT OR BUY a unit in this place, they will make your life like HELL. -

Awful
Sections of the pool have been cordoned off for over one year now (15 months and counting...) and the Jacuzzi area also. Condo has plenty of promise but delivers nothing. Falling apart. Budget for repairing the condo now seems to be getting spent on festive decorations... Xmas lights and Chinese lanterns don't quite make up for the shortcomings... -

ruined by management
I liked the layout of the units, the look of the development, amenities nearby and the facilities. However, I found it increasingly har do tenjoy living there due to the rudeness and lack of common sense displayed by the management. The management is the reason why I would rather pay more elsewhere than move back now. -

Very disappointing Management
Despite being a very beautiful condo with great facilities, the Management of this condo is unprofessional and making the resident's life horrible, Few examples: - the management doesn't answer emails unless they are escalated - even when they answer they don't care about what we say - there are paper-based forms for everything (to book the maintenance, to book the tennis court). Instead of using the technology to make our life easier they take out ceratin online services like the tennis reservation system which was on line and, without any explanations, it has been based on paper again so we need to go down to the management office to book everytime we want to play. Despite us asking to reinstate it, no answer has been given and the management is simply ignoring us. We have also asked to put certain forms (like the one to book the airconditioning maintenance) but nothing happens. - Other example, we were having a BBQ on saturday night and they switched the lights off in the BBQ area at 10PM... The location and the facilities are great but the life is miserable here.... -

Just terrible
The Seaview should be so good but it is a miserable and terrible place to live. It is falling to bits and is nick named "cone do" because there are so many cones placed where the wooden decking is rotting and coming away. The gardens are in terrible shape and they are forever cutting all the trees back to nothing. The management office is just appalling with rude arrogant service, security changes every six months and they apply rules that just do not exist. You must interact with them even though it is painful as the online booking system is broken indefinitely (they have no time line for fixing) We look forward to moving out to a more relaxing and enjoyable Condo where residents are treated as residents as inmates. I challenge anyone to book a BBQ or tennis court without getting angry and frustrated. -

Jaded tenant
Like many other jaded tenants at the Ssaview we are outta here. Many are breaking their leases, but our 12 month tenancy is expiring and we've had enough of our unresponsive landlord who's unwilling to fix the leaking aircon,other interior defects and not to mention the plagues of ants in every room, the flies, plus the draconian security guards and management corp. rules..... LL's get real - the word is out. Don't expect tenants or prospective buyers to pay inflated prices for sub-standard stuff.... -
