  Paradise

  This project is adorable. Tucked away in the quiet, serene and posh 6th avennue area, it gives you the feeling of peace, nature and yet not so distant from CBD and Orchard! Pricing is still considered resaonable. If one had the means, this is certainly not to be missed. I do not agree with some that you need a car to live here. YOu get 2 bus lines which can take you to both the CBC and ORchar :) Cold storage is a short stroll, and so are the coffee shops. If you fancy gourmet food, a lot would abound in the area as well!!!

  NIce but...

  wanted to get this initially because the price was good. in early 2009, a few offers at 880psf to 900psf came along. then the price went up and down and up and down! its just does not give any confidence... a good looking development though
