  Super convenient location

  Great for families. Units facing main road have advantage of being very close to MRT and bus stops. Less to walk. Very convenient sold my car after living here. Squarish layout a lot of space for kids in 3 BR. Best part is 7 mins by bus to Far East plaza.

  Negative experience

  MCST refused to return the deposit money for the car park transponders. Very dishonest? Units are pretty hot due to afternoon sun And the bus stop noises are unbearable and car pollutions

  Units not facing the pool are not great

  The ground floor units are often very dark. The apartment designs are old which has it's pros and cons. Pros: Good layout and most rooms are a good size. Cons: Small windows, so it often feels dark. Maybe that's not too bad as the views aren't great. The pool is quite beautiful so it is a pity to not get a unit with the pool view.

  Very nice place to stay for family

  Very nice place to stay for family, near many famous schools, clubs, parks and gardens.Close CBD. Facing trevose crescent side is very quiet.All rooms are big and squarish.

  TREVOSE

  Several units along the Whitley Road side are very noisy. Cannot open the window. Ground floor units do not receive sun light. Hence moist most times. Poor indoor air quality (high bacterial count), Tennis court, noisiest.

  Huge potential in the future

  This condo has a huge upside potential in the future. 2015, downtown line stage 2(Stevens station) will be ready. 2021, Thomson line( Stevens station) will be ready.2020 NSE way will be ready. 2017, new bukit brown RD will be ready. Near many famous schools.What else you want?

  Great Undiscovered Investment

  I think this place offers some of the PSF value in around. Very quiet if you have an apartment away from Whitley road. Pool /tennis courts are great and transport links are very good.

  Quality Life

  I really love this place. No need to mention the resort living. I just feel so comfortable staying here. Nice location, close to prestigious schools, good neighbors, botanic gardens, community clubs, and many more. It is a place for family.

  Resort Living

  High potential for investment. Hidden gems of condo, resort style and low density living. Excellent convenience: short walk to Steven MRT station (coming up soon), many direct buses to Newton, Orchard, Shenton Way, Raffles Place, Suntec, Dhoby Ghout and many shopping centres, short drive to city and accessible to PIE. Short drive (or bus ride) to Singapore Botanical Gardens, Adam food court, Cold-storage, Coronation Plaza, NTUC with many more amenities just around the corner. Located near many well known schools including SCGS, Nanyang Primary, Raffles Girls, ACS (Barker Road), St Joseph Institution, Fengshan Pri Sch and Chinese International School. Suitable for families and expats living. Most units are quite spacious and lots of greenery. Opposite Malcolm Park.
