Great Potential ~ for rent or for stay
- Great Location : Central, Freehold and yet very near MRT, not many NEW Condos near mrt are freehold anymore
- Near amenties : Banks, Marketing, Shopping - stone throw away
- Love the relax ambience in the condo (even with a little traffic noise from the road - PIE) but not too much
- Good common areas space
- Seems very family orientated condo
- Interior of apts (depends on individual owners) but from CDL... the furnish is really not bad...

Trellis is Rare
1) For being the only free hold condo in Toa Payoh region has set her far apart from other similar condos
2) Well connected to the city.
With only 0.35km away from Toa Payoh MRT.
0.83km away from Braddell MRT. And easy access to PIE and CTE.
You've reached Singapore in every part.
=)
3) Despite 8 yrs of age, she's well kept, well maintained.
Call me, and allow me show you how beautiful is this place. A place I'll call my home.

no longer the gem of toa payoh?
trellis towers stands out be being one of only two private developments in toa payoh. it sits in a very peaceful and cosy corner of toa payoh and enjoys the convenience of a mature estate eg mrt, shopping. however, units are prossibly overpriced in present circumstances for two resons:
1) the economic meltdown has sent the prices of many condo units crashing
2) the construction of new 39 storey condo apartments in toa payoh lorong 3 is likely to have a negative impact on treliis' market value
thus, trellis remains a reasonable purchase for families but may not be a wise choice for prudent investors

Trellis is Convenient
Trellis is a well maintained condo. Security cleanliness is excellent. Minutes to orchard and minutes to MRT. Bus stand is just at back door no need to get wet when it rains. Other than the fact that it is surrounded by Green buildings of HDB and a very local crowd inside and outside the condo the convenience of having evrything (Fairprice, Salons , MRT , eateries etc) in close vicinity. The facility is not too bad though the gym could do with some better equipments that actually work.
