Good place for family to stay
Spacious units, great location, good facilities. The only challenges are the current NSC construction. Once that is done expect traffic and views to become significantly better. -

Impressions...
Like many modern condos, this development has a tennis court and a relatively large gym. This development is not short of water features. There is ample of car park space as some of the units are tenanted. Good for car collectors who really need additional carpark space. There is good degree of privacy as there are many pockets of private space. MRT is just a walking distance away. Raffles Institution is just round the corner too. As for the concerns about the future development around the area, I believe the works are to be done deep underground. Sound should not be a great concern. For investors, this development has a Freehold Status which is rather rare for a property that is so close to the MRT. -

Nice, Quiet and Modern
Stayed ata unit there for a week with my relatives as my own house in AMK was under renovation. I really like the peace and privacy of the estate. Development comes with a large gym and a few pools where I can enjoy a private dips at private enclosures. Security is great. Almost a private lift lobby concept. MRT is about 150M away. Finishes are of good quality. My issue with this place is that there should be more BBQ pits. -

Just Right
Nice BBQ area, ample parking space, loads of privacy, quiet. Very very near MRT. Not so good is that there is only one tennis court and there is no squash court. -

Great freehold location
Attended a birthday party at the roof top function room. Really nice. Walking distance to MRT. Peaceful at night. Great food centre nearby @Shunfu. -

Oh Singaporeans
Singaporeans are an interesting lot. When prices are high, they complain. When there are infrastructure developments for long term benefits, they will also complain. The finishes in this estate are definitely better than the SAIL many many times, yet I read bad review on the finishes. I am regular tennis guest at this estate. It is certainly not as bad as what it is written there. If I have the money, I will invest in this freehold property. Near the roads maybe. Bit noisy due to construction, perhaps. How many property estates in Singapore are not affected by Singapore's ongoing improvement. At some point in time, there will be road diversion outside your house etc. I will give a 4 star rating to this estate. Go take a look yourself. Once the works are done, value will move up for this freehold estate. -

Poor layout design for the 1 bed room
Went to see this unit for sale. The 603 sqf. The bedroom has no window at all. Must open sliding doors about 4 panels for ventilation. Guess probably noisy and stuffy, especially when the expressway starts building just beside the condo. Traffic will be very bad during the construction. -

Too near the block
The unit I had was surprising so close to each other. Can see the next block. The industrial factory will be gone in future to give way to other project which might block the view . The pools are divided into two levels, kid pool on top and adult pool below, this is very inconvenient. It is worrisome that the NS tunnel might start piling and may impact the current peaceful environment. The lifts are not impressive. Poor quality finishing. -
