Beautiful waterfront Condo with excellent pea
Beautiful Condo for family living. All Condo units have excellent waterfront view and or City views. Layout is super efficient and can fit queen bed in all bedrooms. Have 8 bbq pits including rooftop bbq and multiple efficient facilities for work from home and gatherings. Condo had Kindergarten cum childcare and also a Fairprice express. Opposite have indian grocery shop and a small restaurant. Easy connection to One north, NUS biopolis with direct bus. Condo has shuttle bus (free service) to Jurong east evey half and hour. Overall beautiful condo for working families to live and enjoy -

Peaceful living
peaceful living and surroundings. wind is breezing throughout our 2 years+. aircon becomes a white elephant, even fan we hardly use. As mid density project, is a blessing shuttle bus always has seats at anytime. shuttle to Jurong east is great, sheltered from home all the way, esp useful if rain. views of the reservoir is gorgeous and relaxing. balcony is our favourite spot of the home, with full unblocked views totally. the lifts serve our needs well with a short waiting time. 3 lifts share among 5 units. corridor is bright and airy. mcst is responsive to our feedbacks and always have celebrations during cny, national day etc to gather the residents together. quite a cohesive and inclusive community. furnishing overall is good. most residents are own stay and take care of the place well. -

Superb Views and Beautiful Condo to Stay
Beautiful condo with full condo facilities. Condo bus every 30 minutes to Jurong east MRT. Good connectivity by direct bus to Biopolis/One north/Fusionopolis. Fairprice Express and Childcare within the condo. Excellent view from almost all units. Numerous BBQ pits, spa villas, work from home areas to enjoy a resort style living. Very peaceful environment and facilties are never crowded. Condo layout is one of the best with most effective layout. Beautiful rooftop Garden, Sky BBQ, Sky Gym. -

Windy and dusty
The condo quality is good and practical interior design full facilities and spacious if you are not driving not as convenience . Also this area near industrial park so very dusty and it is black suspect from the polluted air but if you on the aircon then not an issue, very quiet n peaceful -

Scenic and peaceful environment
Many plus points about this project. This project is super windy. Wind is coming in from all directions. Throughout our stay since TOP, we have only switch on the aircon once or twice. Basically wind is howling most of the times at anytime of the year. Balcony view look out to reservior, very peaceful for a cup of tea or for personal work at the balcony. 3 lifts service 5 units as one unit comes with private lift. Waiting time for lift usually comes very fast. Shuttle bus service is great and bring us to jem -

Best building ever
Twin Vew is a great condo for families. The location is convenient, with easy access to schools, shopping, and entertainment. The facilities are top-notch, with a pool, gym, and playground for kids. The units themselves are spacious and well-appointed, with modern finishes and appliances. Overall, Twin Vew offers a great lifestyle for families, with all the amenities and conveniences you need to feel at home. -

Pricey and poor location
Buyers looking at Twin Vew and Whistler grand should do due diligence, subsale is pricey at 1.6k+ PSF with no connectivity and amenities, CRL will only be up by 2031. Advantage is good scenic reservoir view and windy for higher floors, visited a few units during TOP but was reluctant to pay for pricey location, can get the same at clementi or upper bukit timah -

Review In Twin Vew
Twin blocks of 36 storeys with high floor nits enjoying unblocked views of Pandan reservoir. Seems like good quality facilities. Proximity to major educational institutes and the Jurong Lake District are major selling points. -
