  Near to mrt

  So near to Tampines MRT and there are 3 big shopping mall. One of the best projects in the East.

  Great Condo in Tampines

  Waterview is one of the best Condo in Tampines with lot of open space, big pool and resort like feel. It feels being so close to nature with Bedok reservoir on one side and Tampines Quarry on the other. Although MRT is bit far but bus connectivity is good with number of buses from bus stop at Tampines Ave 1 just outside the condo. Great place for families with kids.

  Best Condo in the east.

  Best condo in the east side , I would say. Stayed there for 6 months. Space is aplenty. Resort like facilities. Love the swimming pool. Space between the blocks far enough to maintain privacy. Kampung spirit. Friends everywhere. Good mix of occupants. Caucasians, Japs, Korean, Local. What's there to complain?

  Waterview

  Poor finishing for new condo. And this explains why I keep seeing many units doing renovation works. Only appealing factor is the swimming pool No washing bay for a condo tentatively and management encourage dry cleaning.

  Waterview -- the Sim Lian Quality

  This development has a large pool area which is not so available in today's new condos. Poor finishes from Sim Lian. The use of stainless steel gates at the lift lobbies same as those you see in Industrial Buildings. Main door to each unit has mis-alignment, leaving big air gaps that give you the impression that the main doors are not properly fitted yet. Kitchen table top and cabinets are all cheap stuff. The lifts are slightly better than those from HDB.
