1. I'm a owner of a new EC. Can i confirm if i'm allow to purchase any private property within the first 5 years?
2. For example, if my EC will be 5 years from TOP in 2010, can i purchase a new property in 2008, but it only TOP after 2010?
3. When i sell my EC after 5 years, is there a limitation to the pay cap for the buyers?
