Hi,

For those with no outstanding mortgage loan, it is still the same. 5% cash downpayment, 15% cash/cpf, assuming you can get 80% bank loan.

For those with one or more outstanding mortgage loan, need to pay 10% cash deposit, the next 20% cash/cpf. Can only get max 70% bank loan.

Regarding housing loan, it is best to speak to a banker. I can connect you with some bankers whom i closely work with.

In addition to Ander's info, pls do note that the Government also increase the holding period for imposition of Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) from the current 1 year to 3 years.
