I am sure these professionals can help you close the sales if the asking is reasonable.
Good agents can help to fetch a much better price, especially exclusive agents since no price war... Marketing Channels are definitely more and in greater depth... Without agents, some customers will have difficulties to scout for agents.
Good agents will get the paperwork done and mediate if need to be.
It is really not easy to be real estate agent, due to the sales pressure and expenditures, let alone get exclusive due to unethic / greedy practices by some, yet good agents exists(especially those who get exclusive, advertise and yet let everyone cobroke and fight for owner's interest).
Just some feelings to comment since I happen to read this page.
What our team do if the price is realistic price, we would commit our sales within certain time frame and do it...
