    Thanks! I am interested to get commission but I am also aware that the market is far away from your expectations and with a transparent market in Singapore and a weak rental market currently, this is extremely unlikely to happen. I will rather my clients rent out as soon as possible at a realistic market price instead of losing out the rental from unrealistic pricing. With latest announcement on market rental to allow up to 8 pax for the bigger unit types, we are anticipating that rental can potentially slip down further.
