a person who is not alive and his wife has also died has two sons only and he left one immovable& freehold property in DDA colony in Delhi. His sons got mutation of property in thier name in the mcd record and also got survival legal heir certificate from SDM office. The deceased person also left registered bill regarding transfer of property in the name of both of his sons.Now I want to purchase that same property and for the purchase consideration I approached to the bank for taking home loan and the bank approved the loan provided it demanded succession certificate, now my questions are: 1-whether the succession certificate is required in such case for registration and to acquire bank loan?if yes then how much time will it take to acquire a succession certificate?
