According to the floor plan, there's a wall separating my kitchen from living room. I would like to have an open kitchen. As the condo is still under construction, is it possible to request the developer not to build that wall so that I don't have to hack it during Reno ?

Hi, nope you can't and there is no way to avoid it. You could only get your contractor to hack it away.

Dear Owner,

Re: Today’s SG Professional Choice- SGAgent.com & SGRealtor.com

Developer will not entertain special request upon property transacted unless u willing to pay them a fee for further request. Legal doc of the floor plan already drafted for the property transacted. All changes link to $$$.
