I'm a foreigner (Singapore PR) and looking to buy a condo property. - Budget from SG$450 to SG$550 K.

Any condo.. I am open for location and min bedroom of 2 and 900 + sqft

Hi SC,

How about considering a 2-bedroom at Palm Gardens of 961sqf and asking only $510k!!

Palm Gardens is at Choa Chu Kang and within walking distance to the LRT. Very renovated and nice unit!!

If not suitable, its ok, I do have the software to narrow down all units for sale in singapore, in accordance to your requirements!
