Hi,

Sure you can purchase as many private properties as you want, but however the subsequent ABSD will be 7% and 10% for 2nd and 3rd subsequent Singapore residential properties purchased respectively. The max loan quantums will also be much lower for subsequent properties. In a nutshell, it gets more restrictive with more purchases.

Good morning!

It will depends on your residency status.

As a SC, you can own multiple properties be in Singapore (subject to ABSD) or overseas.

While if you purchase a private property as a SPR household in Singapore, you will need to sell off your HDB within 6 months from private property purchase completion date.
