From my understanding, for primary 1 registration using new launch condo address, you must have moved into the address during the primary 1 year. Meaning you will need to have moved into the address by end 2027. Read More

You may use the address of the new property to register as long as The vacant or delivery possession date (VPD/DPD) of the new property you are moving into must be within 2 years of your child's entry into P1.

You will need to submit a copy of the original Sales and Purchase agreement as supporting documents.

As of prevailing policy, you can use the address as long as the official legal vacant possession or delivery date is within 2 years of your child's entry into primary 1 ie. The official legal vacant possession date cannot exceed 31 Dec 2028.

You must also stay in the property for at least 30 months starting from the time your family moves into your new home.
